  1. you can send multiple attachments through adobe sign however the recipient receives the docs as one merged file. It would be helpful to allow the recipient to view the docs the way they were sent; as separate attachments.

    We would forward it to the management and let you know whenever we add this support.

  2. We need the ability to generate a report that shows agreement sends that are not delivered or have bounced back. This report needs to have date ranges, so the user can pull more than just a few days of activity at a time.

  3. Adobe cc fails to sign in at startup, but when it is signed in opening an adobe dc attachment still fails to sign in to use signature.

    Windows 10 pro (64 bit) running on a dell xps 15" 4k screen 2017 laptop.

    We apologise for the issue you are facing. Are you still having this issue?

    After you have signed-in in CC and launch Acrobat, you need to wait for a few seconds before the signing-in process completes in Acrobat.

    Thanks for your feedback. Can you please elaborate on the problem you are facing?
    1. Are you working in Acrobat/Reader?
    2. Do you want an option to remove watermarks from an un-signed PDF document or from a signed PDF?
    3. Do you want to remove watermarks from PDFs you created or the documents you have received from others?

  5. This new "cloud" is so horrible I don't even know where to begin. Seriously considering cancelling services. Dashboard is useless if it doesn't show who you are waiting for it to be signed by. Why does it keep defaulting back to NO FILTER after I set the filter to Waiting For Signature. There is no progress with this update at all.

  6. A few days ago I began receiving an Acrobat sign-in prompt every time I access one of my Adobe documents. There is no way to make this go away and I have absolutely no interest in ever logging in. The result is that I waste vast amounts of my life saying NO to the login prompt and then having to face it again the next day and the next. I may have to switch to another PDF editor that doesn't torture me this way.

  7. Low internet connections compromise the efficient use of applications. Can you allow a connection to CC each time we open applications to approve our user licenses and then log off to work offline? I'm experiencing fixed bugs between InDesign and Acrobat DC 2019 when exporting to PDF from InDesign and abnormal work delays in InDesign. Uninstalling applications and reinstalling them as suggested by your customer service does not change the problem. This suggestion is a waste of time.

  8. Hi, I'm sorry if this section is intended for new ideas or requests but signing in to my adobe account is very frustrating and I have to sign in to my company account every now and then if I need to edit or sign a PDF document, please advise/support.

  9. Please remove the transaction limit for SharePoint. Documents that have to be signed often are larger than 5mb and we don't want to place the documents outside of SharePoint, because that is our single storage point.

  10. Document cloud format update

    This week Adobe updated many features of Adobe Acrobat Pro but actually made this feature worse. Previously the documents were categorised in to out for signature, signed and cancelled. Now their all mixed up and I don't like it. Someone please contact me with instructions on how to use the old format.

  11. Was working fine, now consistent error message, see attachment. Signing in and out did not work. I need this to work NOW, I purchased this for this specific tool.

  13. When trying to apply a certificate and save a pdf on a network drive, I'm presented with:
    ]
    The document could not be saved. The disk you were saving to or the disk used for temporary files is full. Free some space on this disk and try again, or save to a different disk.

    I am using Acrobat Pro, I saw on some forums the solution was to disable "Enable protected mode on startup" but this seems to be an Acrobat reader option.

    I have full access to the network drive, there is plenty of space both locally and on…

  14. I often send checks for signature or invoices for approval, and it is typically in a batch. As of now, the user either has to sign all the pages, or has to reject the document signing none. Sometimes an approver/signer will reject one invoice for payment and therefore not want to sign a check. It would be great if they could skip that page, or reject a single signature rather than having to resend the files without that particular page.

  15. When sending documents for signature, with 2 signers completed in a particular order, the 2nd signature receives an email that the document is ready to be signed, but then when she goes into it she tells me that she is denied access.

    If I go in and send her a "reminder" to the document - she is able to go in and sign. So I typically have to send a reminder every time I know a document is being forwarded.

    1. - cannot send documents for signature.

    2.- I open the file, select the option send for signature, fill the information, click next

    3.- I run Windows 7 Enterprise Version 6.1

    4.- I expect to continue the process after clicking Next

    5.- a window appears and there they ask me to upgrade but I already have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

  16. Is there a reason why Adobe Acrobat DC "Send for Signature" tool does not provide the capability of sending signatures completed in any order? Currently, it only allows completion in order. The "Complete in any order" is only available in the Adobe Sign/Document Cloud side, but not directly on the Adobe Acrobat DC side. Strange - this appears to be an oversight that should be corrected.

  18. Issue with Distinguished name having extra charterers in it. looks like the coding was added to the string as well.

    example:

    cn=name
    o=company name
    ou=title
