  1. When sending a document for signatures, with the new acrobat there is no longer the ability to add a CC.

    Important to note that if you are going to be needing that and want to update.

    Can we please have that added to the software again?

  2. Adobe Sign is giving errors when loading multiple pages on the dashboard. I have to refresh over and over to get it to load my documents out for review. I am also trying to add an alternate recipient and that action is failing as well.

  3. I love the new Bulk Sign tool! In addition to adding myself as a counter signer for documents, it would be great to have the option to include another email address as a counter-signer. For example, as an administrative assistant, I would like to have the ability to put all of my company's board members in the "Add recipients*" field and then put my CEO's email address as a counter signer. Once the forms are signed by all parties, I would then automatically receive the signed documents for record keeping.

    1. I want to add a new feature in your request signature tool, if a field is assigned to anyone or everyone / anyone that all the signers say 5 of them should be able to sign in same field and the documents should have a separate copy of each signers in the audit report.
      (this is helpful if for example a company wants to have all of their clients sign a new update policy document or something like that where everyone needs to sign the same thing but the sender needs each one returned as separate documents but can still…

  4. Single Sign on users in Adobe Sign should be able to login Adobe sign automatically with Company account as default. It is really frustrating although SSO have been set up but still user need to type email address and select company account each time when they want to do anything using Adobe Sign.

  5. Please add the option to select all or select multiple documents to add reminders. When sending out hundreds of documents to be signed it is too time consuming to go back in and add a reminder on each one for the recipient to be reminded to sign the document.

  6. After I drag the signature position the document is covered with dark transparent screen with small square dot in the middle then freezes till I press scape button.

  9. Currently the Identity Management Sync functionality only allows for syncing relevant data required for SSO. It would be really helpful to be able to sync additional identity data (such as company name, office, etc). Going further, enabling dynamic group membership in Adobe Acrobat Sign based on these attributes would be a killer feature.

  10. The adobe support team has encouraged me to elevate this issue to the engineers in Adobe.

    With Acrobat standard and Adobe for enterprise account, I can’t choose anywhere which language the recipient mails are sent in.
    All my account and system settings are for Norwegian, but often the recipient gets the emails in English, not in Norwegian.
    Further: it is not possible to see anywhere what language Adobe sends out the email in anywhere.

  11. It is critical to have a text editor (allowing hyperlinks) to be added to the message in a workflow. This link would take the users to a 'live' document to comment, edit, and finalize before all the signatures take place. I feel this would be an asset to all Adobe Sign users.

  12. Enable the use of "recipients group" for sending agreements (not only for workflows). Having this feature will save time by only having to write the recipient group name instead of writing email addresses separately.

  13. When applying digital signatures to the PDF, a save is required each time. This is very inefficient when applying multiple signatures to the same document. Please provide a feature where one can apply as many signatures to the document without saving each time.

  14. The language should be changeable in EVERY version of Acrobat Sign - not only in enterprise.

  15. Literally the only useful thing about Adobe Acrobat Pro is the hecking e-Sign. It used to be nice, now it doesn't work at all, neither with the desktop nor web application. Desktop doesn't react at all when pressing the e-Sign and web just shows the spinner forever.
    Why would anybody pay for this **** when the only useful feature doesnt even work...

  16. I can't access my account which is through my google account. I try signing in, it claims that i am all set, and yet the application keeps telling me to sign in. How do I fix this?

  17. We need to retain the “Password to view document” feature. This relates to client’s Personal Data Protection. Where emails are compromised, this acts as an final defense against any form if sensitive data being leaked out.

  18. My business requires signature of multiple documents in various places and I'm required to sign hundreds of these documents near deadlines that occur throughout the year. Having the ability to open multiple documents at once to then quickly click to certify AND sign ALL signature fields placed in ALL open documents with only a few clicks would eliminate a lot of time I currently spend having to click through each signature field of each document.

    While a batch signature functionality exists, the true efficiency of batch signing does not exist in the current Adobe functionality. Having to manually click through…

  19. After switching to a new Mac computer, I used Migration tool to move apps over. Now Adobe Acrobat 2017 has a blank sign in screen, and I cannot open the program. Steps to repro: attempt to start Acrobat 2017 on new Mac. The sign in page is blank white with no where to sign in. My new computer is new MacBook Pro (16", M1 Max, 2021).

    Steps taken that did not work:

    1. Solution 1: Provide appropriate permissions to the OOBE folder using a command in the terminal   — then reboot.    <- DID NOT WORK
        ( suggested at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/licensing-application-hangs-mac.html )
