  2. I cannot download a large folder of pdfs (anything more than 45 or 50 is too much) made with Adobe Scan as a zip file. Forget about anything involving sub-folders. I'm digitizing a backlog of expense receipts. And then Document Cloud makes half my work disappear.

  3. You used to have access to Creative Cloud files when logging in with Adobe ID on Acrobat or Reader (on PC or iPhone). A recent update removed this function. Please bring this back! We like to collaborate and edit/view files from Creative Cloud whether on a mobile device or desktop. Creative Cloud needs to be a "storage account" again.

  4. Under MacOSX (10.9/10.11/10.13) Acrobat DC does not play well with Dropbox. Using the Acrobat file screen to open a file in Dropbox often results in a LONG delay (or even crashes).

Double clicking directly within Dropbox folders in the Finder brings the same file up without delay or crashing.

    Please fix this annoying bug.

  5. It would be nice if I can import pdf files from various folders or folder on my desktop to the cloud without opening and saving each file individually. Also, a security feature at folder level would be an advantage.

    Hi,

We do not keep the file anywhere once it has been deleted. You will not be able to recover the deleted file.

    Sandeep

  8. Many books are published in PDF format, and it would be convenient if the last read position would sync across all of a user's devices for PDFs stored in Document Cloud. This convenient feature exists with e-books published for Google Play or Kindle

  9. I am signed in and I also tried to do a repair. I cannot get into the document cloud as it says to sign in. The sign in button does not work. The menu sign in/sign out shows I am signed in. Nothing is working and I could really use these documents now.

  12. The purpose of this is to allow you to search through PDF files that have been scanned via Adobe Scan on your laptop computer by means of Mac OS spotlight or other searching programs on your local computer. Currently it is cumbersome to search through multiple PDFs that have been added to your Adobe Documents Cloud Folder. You can only search using Adobe DC (because they are only in the cloud unless you copy each one to a local folder individually). It would also make it significantly easier to create parent folders for Topics of documents within the cloud folder…
