  2. My Acrobat DC on a Mac keeps crashing every time I try to share via email. I'm currently on the latest version of Acrobat DC and on Mojave 10.14.3.

  3. One click to send an attachment is enough. Having to click three times before we get the ability to attach it to an email is ludicrous - it really slows down workflow. COME ON Adobe! Your new updates for Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat have made your workflows worse not better

  4. Twice today I have Shared a document with someone, clicked the track button, and the document DOES NOT appear in the list of files called "Shared for Viewing." Does my recipient have the doc or not? If I don't get these documents in on time I am out of business.

  5. Go back to 1-click email attt send; after recent update, we now need to click on share, then click on share as attt, then click on continue.... so many clicks for a simple task

  8. After clicking on send button it says I need to be connected to the internet. I have shut down and restarted everything. Our IT department looked at it and says our settings are all correct and that it looks like it is on the Adobe end.

  9. In the Send for review there doesn't seem to be a checkbox in the dropdown only resolve. Why is this different to reviewing a normal pdf with comments? Even shift K doesn't work to add a tick. Shouldn't commenting be the same across the board in acrobat whether you are just opening a pdf or opening a shared review?

  10. When emailing a pdf you can't hide the sidebar and it makes the pdf too small to read when sharing.

  11. Is there a way to associate multiple lines of highlighted text with each other? For example, pointing out contradicting lines in one paragraph against lines in another paragraph during in a review.

  12. When PDF documents are being shared via Adobe Share (f/k/a Track & Send) it appears with a California Time Stamp, not the Date/Time from the sender, this needs to be corrected as date/time stamping is very important.

  13. Email addresses now support special characters as the first character of the local address in an email address and following characters. Acrobat/Reader does not allow these characters within the local address.

  14. Connectivity problem. I was unable to send file to my client. I received repeated error messages saying that I was not connected to the internet. I was not having any internet issues. I was actively online as I was preparing to send. I ended up just using my email program.

    Hi,

    Could you please install the latest update and try to send file again ?

    Steps to update :
    1. Go to Help→“Check for Updates”.

    Please let me know if issue still exists after update?

  15. The new way is very long winded. sometimes the Share window doesnt open. PLEASE allow 1 click to send via default email client as in the last version.

  16. The "To" Column on Shared files index is a very important reference feature that was lost in updates. Would very much appreciate having it back. Makes reviews and finding reviews much easier and quicker, especially when same doc might have gone to different groups. Thanks so much for great tools!

  17. Hello, could you review the modalitée for sending a Pdf by mail, it should have the mail is directly open the mail software. And also when I have a Pdf of several pages and I want to send that certain page by mail, before I used the function to extract and I send directly the extraction by mail. Now after extraction if I want to send it I have to register it, is it possible to make sure not to have to register before sending.

  18. Every time I try to share a PDF by email it crashes.
    I am on a Macbook Pro 2017 and running MS Outlook with Exchange server for email.
    I click the envelope icon in the top left corner under Tools and then select on the right "Send as attachment" and choose MS Outlook as my email client.
    it crashes every time.

  19. The new unified share experience really slows down our workflow and adds unnecessary steps. Please implement a shortcut/button so that we can go back to one click or one keyboard shortcut to attach to email.
