  1. Email addresses now support special characters as the first character of the local address in an email address and following characters. Acrobat/Reader does not allow these characters within the local address.

  2. Connectivity problem. I was unable to send file to my client. I received repeated error messages saying that I was not connected to the internet. I was not having any internet issues. I was actively online as I was preparing to send. I ended up just using my email program.

  4. The "To" Column on Shared files index is a very important reference feature that was lost in updates. Would very much appreciate having it back. Makes reviews and finding reviews much easier and quicker, especially when same doc might have gone to different groups. Thanks so much for great tools!

  7. The new unified share experience really slows down our workflow and adds unnecessary steps. Please implement a shortcut/button so that we can go back to one click or one keyboard shortcut to attach to email.

    Thank you!

  9. I met a customer today who said he'd like to have a simple way to request a group of people to review, rather than having to add each email address. He normally gets feedback from the same group of people.

  11. Up until the last update, it was possible to email a pdf without first saving it. It is a total waste of time and space to have to save something you don't need to keep just to be able to email it.

PLEASE FIX THIS BACK THE WAY IT WAS!!!!!!!

  12. I've just been updated to the latest Acrobat DC for Windows. It claims to have improved sharing and collaboration options, but this is not good for me. I really miss the mail icon on the toolbar leading giving me a direct option to email the file.

  13. You've removed the ability to directly email a PDF from adobe without saving. That needs to come back. I don't always have the ability to save a file before emailing. Microsoft does it.
And when I tried to save, it didn't save, and added about 10 steps to save it.

    Fix it please

  14. Bring back: File, Send.

The new Share File, then you have to select the 'Send at Attachment' and wait for ages for an Outlook Mail box to open is ridiculous and time consuming.

Also, if you make any changes to the PDF, ie 'highlight' a word, then you MUST save the file BEFORE you send it. Again, ridiculous. We DON'T always want to save the change.

    If it aint broke...

  15. Since the latest Adobe update (version 2019.008.20074), it now requires to save the PDF, then the right pane appears and you need to select "Send as Attachment", then select default and/or custom mail application before the mail application is actually launched. This is so cumbersome compared to what it was in the previous versions.
Why make use jump through so many hoops when it worked fine before? Can we set our defaults so it will turn into a 'One button' operation, or are we at the mercy of the adobe bureaucracy?

    Thanks for your feedback !

We have added this in our backlog, will let you know once we implement it it future.

  20. We use to be able to extract a page from a large document and send it to an email as an attachment with just a click or two. Now it is mandatory that the extracted pages be saved first and then attached to an email. This idea seems to be going in a backwards direction. Not only does it take more time to complete, it is taking more disk space to re-save the pages that are already saved in the original document. Please put this feature back the way it was.
