  2. Build and make available a PDF recovery tool for your paying licensed users. From time to time a PDF will corrupt and will not open. Often a ton of work has gone into assembling/noting/creating that file. There are options on the web that are "pay for recovery". However, I do not want to put sensitive corporate data into some site on the web to "try" and recover it. Nor am I interested in purchasing a recovery software from an unknown vendor that again "may" recover the file. I don't know what else that app is doing with the data in…

  3. When I have multiple tabs open, I am often inputting data from the PDFs into a database and need many open at one time. If there are more than 4 tabs open, somewhere among them, a tab will randomly close, and I must stop to go back and open the one tab. This has become more of an issue in the last couple of weeks than it ever has been in the past. In fact, this is a new problem that has not occurred until the last couple of weeks.

  4. Every time that I go to print a document, the bookmark screen is open. I want to disable it so that if I want to bookmark, I can, but not to have to close it every time that I go to print...it is tedious and a distraction...

  5. I have updated my IOS to Sonoma and experience many issues with Adobe. including:
    Slow to load (20-30 seconds with spinning wheel)
    errors such as:
    The document could not be saved. A file I/O error has occurred.
    and:
    The document could not be saved. Bytes not ready.
    everytime I try to do something. We are paying for the subscription and I cannot use this product. What do I need to do to get it working again?

  6. Why does the new layout differ so much from the old one. The best thing is the switch button to the old version. Better would be a structure by toolbar, menu and panels like in Photoshop.

  8. I am sure this is not a new request, but why is their no split screen sharing with adobe acrobat and other applications on Mac OS. I am starting my masters but if I have to keep switching between windows to study, well I will look for another application and cancel my subscription. (also you removed the define context feature which just seems another reason to move on).

  10. I have spent an hour trying to figure out how to RENAME a downloaded document and couldn't find any way to do so. It should be an easy function allowed with a right click. Saving a file with a name like: fileJmWj1R.tmp is not easily found at a later date. Not easy to distinguish what it is. And even when I save it to the cloud, it isn't allowing changes there. This is a real problem when working with many forms both original blank and completed.

  13. We've had multiple dozens of users button break on Adobe reader, standard and pro where the Send by email/ attatch PDF as attatchment within the adobe application breaks. When clicked it breaks the application and freezes it for about 5 minutes until it errors out. The only way to get rid of the break is to end it from task manager. This was on multiple systems with different versions of Adobe, Windows 10 (1909, 20h2, 22h2), and software versions.

  19. It "finds" lots of examples where the found text doesn't match the search for text - see screenshot as an example. It also misses actual occurrences of the search text - in the screenshot, "Article 50" exists much earlier in the document. You can see it also thinks there are over 7,000 instances of the search term in the doc - there are actually fewer than 100.
    To fix this I usually end up having to close and reopen the doc. It's an intermittent fault.
    I run Windows 11 on a PC.
