Review Server Credentials Expired – "Re-enter your sign-in for access" HOW?
Acrobat Pro DC v. 2021.00520058
Context: PDF review hosted on a Microsoft SharePoint server with Single Sign-On (SSO)
I am unable to connect to the server, check for new comments, send/publish my comments.
In View > Tracker > Reviews > Joined, I'm am given "Error: Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access."
There is no way to do this.
Sometimes it says "Error: Could not get new comments. Adobe Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again."
There is no problem with my connection.…

Software download?
I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and I can't find the file to download the software onto my computer. It also state I can edit text and images tight in your pdf. I have not been able to do that because it keeps asking me to try the Acrobat Pro DC at $14.99 per month.

drag screen left and right
There should be a way to zoom in and still be able to drag the screen left or right to view all content. It is cumbersome to zoom out, select the location on the page to zoom back in.

Resolving doesnt get saved
Comments that have been marked as resolved in Acrobat Pro DC do not get shown or filtered as resolved in the web app.

Make a 64 bit upgrade to cs5.5 applications
SAD... adobe effort to hold users feet to the fire by requiring them to 'rent' via subscription, software. I purchased a while back Master suite of Adobe applications CS5 and upgraded some to CS5.5. Now, having installed Catalina on my Mac my purchased Adobe applications won't run and in the case of Lightroom 3 gives a message that it will cause damage to my computer, How about you do us a favor and make a 64-bit port for these applications and sell them as upgrades. I want to own my software, not rent it!

Would be nice to be able to send a message to all participants.
Note: from the ... menu, I can copy a URL to the review and send out my own email, but it would be nice to be able to do easier from within the review.

Overprint is not working for sent for Review documents
Overprint is not rendered for the documents shared via Document Cloud. It means that the Review module have no use for the PDF's that are used in print production.

Can't download an unshared review
I have spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to SIMPLY download a completed shared review (now unshared) PDF file from the cloud to my computer in order to bookkeep all comments. Many of your products are so hard to use to do simple tasks. I've been waiting for your web support to respond to chat for over :30. :(

When a document is shared for review by inviting others, there is an option to set a deadline. This request is to allow the review owner to modify the deadline after a review has started (or set a deadline if one was not originally set).

I absolutely hate Adobe now. Where tf is my Adobe Pro app gone? I don't want to use your web based ********! Where is my stamp tool? Where is the layout I'm familiar with? You're a bunch of rank idiots!

Regret using Adobe
This is the worst product for the most amount of monthly money I have ever purchased. The app for Mac is horribly inefficient and never works properly. I have to use the online website in order to actually edit documents. Now, when trying to use the online website I cannot even upload a document without getting an error code every time. 30 dollars/month is a waste for such a horrible service. I will be cancelling and hope for a refund.

shuts down constantly doesnt convert to word
this program is not user friendly for editing pdfs, nor does it properly convert them into word documents. It also shuts down constantly while i'm working.
