For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. hi I had Adobe acrobat pro, i took the offer to upgrade to creative with 100gb for an additional AAUD 52.77 offer.

    I do not see it on my plans.

    I also had a trial for creative which i cancelled so I do not get double charged in 7 days.

    It is not showing this correctly. Please advise.

  8. We dont want u to improve. we just want to humbly request not to mock at people who desperately wanted to edit their pdf. If you want money please beg for it before you ask someone to login. please dont waste our time. Please mention on your forehead that to edit a text you have to pay or start a trail, so everyone can see it clearly and escape from this. My God. Pathetic man..

  12. There is no clear and intuitive way to cancel an Indesign 7 day trial. I am wasting my day talking to a chat assistant. This should be considered manipualtive fraud that you do this. I had the same issue when you tried to auto renew a 360 plan after one year that I had no way of cancelling until I wasted over 30 minutes in chat with customer service.

  16. Questions: Is the paid version able to handle original novels I create of 300+ pages?
    Comment: the summarizations were very credible, but there were separate ones for each chapter. I ask that they be combined into one document so I could copy/print. I was told, no problem. What I got was the first X number of chapters and when I ask for the remaining it was 'No problem" and then I got 6 more chapters. I asked one more time, same response, and this time the summaries were entirely made up and unrelated to my document. Not helpful.

  18. You can have the people who back up your personal assistant actually answer me as to why we were overcharged for our subscription. But the person hung up on me without one response. Wow.
    No one in your company will explain why you charged us $21.77/mo for a $12.99/mo subscription.

  19. You can improve your product by not stealing from people. You charged us $21.77/mo for a $12.99/mo subscription and then charged us for a whole year when we only wanted a month. Then had the nerve to charge us another $12.99 for the last 8 days of the year long obligation that we inadvertantly (elderly spouse with poor online skills) signed up for and were not allowed to cancel early.   20. Adobe Acrobat ROBBED us. We inadvertantly signed up for a year subscription when we only wanted it for a month. We were charged $21.77 per month for a year and then I go to finally cancel and find out that our subscription cost only $12.99 per month. Adobe Acrobat are cheaters and theives. Shame on you.
