For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Make clear walk-thru's which are up-to-date.

    This is by far the worst most overcomplicated tool I've ever used.

  2. Comment delete/resolve capability in Cloud not working

    I own the document and am logged in, but am not able to delete or resolve comments. This is a huge pain and I have searched through help but can't see how to solve. This document has dozens of comments, some are fixed, some are not, but I have to wade through them all.

  4. Excel in pdf, Gebietsschema

    Excel in pdf Konvertiten funktioniert nicht richtig. Gebietsschema ist Deutsch, trotzem wird in der PDF ein Punkt als Dezimalkomma gesetzt. Trennpunkt genau anders rum.

  5. Bad Convert

    do not convert pdf to picture images in words. I was looking for a pdf to word doc with text, not pictures.

  6. Compressing Files

    I'm not sure why but my Adobe Acrobat will not compress a pdf. It gets half way done and then gives me an error message.

    Pone lenta toda las computadoras al instalarlo. Demasiado pesado el programa y tiene muchas fallas. Les estoy haciendo una colección de imágenes de fallas y se las voy a enviar.

  8. Library Templates Auto Delete

    Is there a way to prevent library templates from automatically disappearing after 30 days? Would be nice if frequently used templates would remain visible in the document manager until the user chooses to delete/hide them. Otherwise I have to go digging for them in the search section each time I need to send a template. Hopefully an easy fix for such a brilliant company. thanks.

  11. Adobe Sign Templates-Frequently disappear

    My Adobe Sign templates consistently disappear. This is like the umteenth time now. I feel like every 60 days or so they're just gone.
    Any remedies? Im sure it will be difficult to replicate as I've been told in the past but its the one feature I lean on.

  12. bad signer UX

    wow switched from HelloSign because they're down and your UX is horrible! I put myself as a signer on a new client contract and there's no CTA for me to sign, nor was there an option to have me sign before sending it out despite a button that read "Sign then Send"

    How do I sign this agreement?!?!?

    OMG, you HAVE to do something about the dates. I am seeing document from October 2018 appearing in my RECENT documents. Please get the YEAR included in the date so that recent means recent, not the same day from years ago.

  18. no option to remove a user from send for comment review cycle

    Remove a user from send for comment review document without cancelling the sharing of file. There is no option to remove one single use that I have added in the review cycle through send for comment.

  20. Organize files on Acrobat site, dislike

    I don't like the redirecting me to cloud function just to organize files. It is too many clicks! and makes my life so much harder to complete a simple task.
