I have not been able to send out documents for e-signature in the last 90 minutes. Is there a global issue here?

Combine Files Issues
Combine Files frequently does not load, no matter what I try. I have cleared cookies, fully logged out and back in, and have tried different avenues to access the webpage. But nothing seems to work. This is unacceptable for a paid product.

Very expensive frustration.
this browser / cloud version is dreadful. i tried it because the desktop version is a constant source of frustration on my imac - it crashes constantly and bogs down the CPU. But this is even worse - it doesn't even work. And the PDF space is like it's not even connected to Acrobat. Utterly useless. I pay for this service with the ai extension and it eats more time of mine than it saves. What an expensive time sink.

Adobe sign is not loading
Adobe has been really glitchy (not responding when I clicked on e-sign or being exceptionally slow in loading up items or not displaying items that I researched that I know should have been displaying) yesterday and today. I was sending out e-sign forms on Saturday without issues. Now, when I click on that option in Adobe, it acts like I never clicked anything or is exceptionally slow in responding. Terrible Application Works 50% of Time
This application is terrible. Fix your app before adding the next useless AI tool. Main function of this application does not work and cannot work when trying to run 20 other useless AI programs that have never been used.

Want refund
I started a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium but forgot to cancel it, and ₹2,600.00 was auto-deducted for the annual plan. I applied for a refund within 2 hours without using the premium services, but Google Play rejected it and asked me to contact the developer. This is a huge amount for me. Site not functioning Frozen after login
The site keeps freezing up. I have restarted my browser, computer, and reset cache. When I am logged in, I click "Request e-signatures" and nopthing happens. When more loading is complete, I am at the upload screen. I click "Select file" but no window opens. I try to drag and drop from my hardrive and nothing happens. Very buggy today. Also, Some sections of site are blocked out with error: rain clouds with words "Something went wrong"

Your Edit feature is not working for Adobe Acrobat. I've been logging off and back on and nothing. I even tried on different browsers and nothing.

Unable to use a template, would like to speak with a live agent
I am having an issue trying to use/send a template for signatures. I have tried the chat/virtual assistant feature and it was not helpful. Is there a way to speak with a live agent?

PDF Can't Launch Desktop APP from browser
I have / our office has / a FULL creative cloud license - when I click the three dots icon to open Shared PDF in desktop app from browser - it gives pop up to subscribe to Acrobat PRO + AI - which WE ALREADY HAVE - does NOT allow me to review shared PDFs in the DESKTOP APP. WHY ??? PLEASE FIX. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
ALSO I DO NOT WANT AI on EVERYTHING - IT IS RIDICULOUS AND A WASTE OF EVERYONE"S TIME and DESTROYING THE PLANET.

Es un poco decepcionante lo lento que funcionan estas aplicaciones a veces, y para modificar un pdf debería ser mas sencillo, tuve que utilizar otra aplicación para modificar un pdf y fue mas rápido se siente como una estafa lo que cobran, y no dejan cancelar tempranamente o te penalizan pero deben mejorar su producto, probablemente no vuelva renovar.
