  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Uptime improvements needed

    Improve uptime on your servers. Adobe E-sign totally crapped out, right at the peak of tax season! Now we are forced to find an alternative. Please also work more closely with Intuit on your software integrations. Needs to be smoother.

    Hi Adobe Acrobat Sign Team,
    I’m writing to formally request an enhancement to Adobe Sign’s workflow capabilities, as the current limitations are creating significant friction in real‑world enterprise use cases.

    In large programs (particularly government and regulated environments), it is common to require progressive endorsement and approval of the same document, where:

    Initial endorsements are captured (e.g. project or executive endorsement), and
    The same document, with visible endorsement signatures, is then routed to downstream managers or functional leads for approval.

    At present, Adobe Sign effectively prevents this pattern once signatures…

  4. fix it

    make this websit work correctly. i have uploaded a document for a request for e-signature about 20 times and it has failed everytime. tells me to reload or back home.

    so this is supposed to be a "free" product, yet I can't convert more than one photo before it stops me from going forward. Meaning I have to sign up for something I don't want. so it's b.s., it's NOT REALLY FREE

  7. Please Save Mankind from the Horror of Adobe

    Adobe cloud is probably the worst software portal I have used in the past 10 years. Signing a simple document is a ******* maze - how are you actually in business? You should. fire everyone who ever worked on this piece of **** and dissolve your company

    I lost all the editing i did from 3.30pm to 5.30 pm. I want to complaint. even after taking premium trial the software is very slow and bad. in fact the worst

  9. Please do not use free trial when just for the sake of it, currently it hard to cancel it.

    CANCEL MY FREE TRIAL WHICH I SUBSCRIBED AFEW HOURS BACK. VERY DISAPOINTED< MY DOCUMENT NEEDED EDITING ONCE CONVERTED TO WORD, SO DID NOT USE YOUR SERVICE> WORSE, I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 1HOUR TRYING TO CANCEL THE FREE TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION. PLEASE CANCEL IN TODAY 25/04/2026

  10. PDF conversion to Word means letters now disappear in the text

    I've just converted a PDF file to a Word document and the conversion process has dropped letters in some words which means I now need to proof read and correct the whole document. I'm paying for this subscription and this is a new problem. Why is it happening now!

  16. Misleading “Free” PDF Tool – Wasted Time and Trust

    This is incredibly misleading. You advertised a “free” PDF editing tool, got me to sign up and hand over my details, and then blocked the actual features behind a paywall. That’s not free - it’s bait.

    If it’s only a trial or limited access, say that upfront instead of wasting people’s time. This kind of tactic just destroys trust.

  17. App Repeatedly Fails To Save

    This app sucks. If you like typing thing 8 or 9 times, only for your changes NOT to be saved... you will love it.

    Oh... and it will time out within seconds of starting to save.

  18. You've gotten too expensive to be useful!

    I do not want your AI feature and I do not appreciate having it forced on me for $25 a month. I want Adobe Acrobat Pro like I've always had and without all the extra things you are adding on to run up the price. For personal use, $25 a month is ridiculous! Is this all you have to offer me because if it is, I'm going to be forced to search for another product to replace Acrobat Pro. You are pricing yourself out of the market for the personal home user. I'm disappointed!

  20. Horrible business practices

    If you’re going to charge someone for 30 days they should have access to the product during those 30 days. I had a 7 day free trial and missed the deadline to cancel (my mistake) so I’ve been charged for the next month. But my access to the software gets cut off immediately? Frankly that’s theft. I’ll never use another Adobe product.
