  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Just too **** expensive!!!

    I love your products but they are just too **** expensive! We are in a time where some of us Americans are literally starving to death. SMH. Now all the documents I have saved cannot be accessed without my payment? That is wrong, very wrong. I should have been told that when I first signed up. No one had any idea things would get this bad as far as our economy and you guys the rich just keep getting richer off of us dummies. SMH

  9. Doesn’t work on Iphone

    The app is glitchy on iPhone 12.

    Once you access a document you can’t return home to the main screen.

    Further, I have to always log out to and then back into the Home Screen - can you not have us sign in all the time - can you use FaceID or iPhone PIN?

  13. Slow upload - unsatiisfactory

    In recent times I find the uploading of documents and conversion extremely slow - very often not completing. Very unsatisfactory. I have High Speed Broadband (400+mbps + ethernet cable)so this should not be happening.

    Office 365 is an enterprise application with more advanced features than any other application. It is based on cloud-based technology such that it can be accessed anywhere and from any machine. However, Office 365 does not have any bankruptcy backup option to support the local copy of data for safekeeping.
