For a new feature request:
- Brief title
- Description of desired feature
- Why the feature is needed
For a new bug:

- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
- Expected result

PDF convert error
I'm trying to create PDF file, but always show an error "Unable to process request"... What can I do?

Allow users to organize and delete files
FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to create folders to organize files.
FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to delete files.
PROBLEM: I cannot organize my files in any way, nor can I delete files that are irrelevant. This has rendered the experience almost unusable, as I cannot distinguish useful files from ones I don't need.

Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what you’re trying to do? If you click on the Files tab, you’ll find that you can delete files that you’ve uploaded and create folders to organize them. Is it that those capabilities are not easy to find?
You’ll also find files that you’ve shared for Viewing, for Review or for Signature in lists under “Shared”. Are you trying to organize those files?

Downloading Acrobat DC Pro
Hi, I can't seem to download Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. The installer package starts to run, but only downloads to 9.2 percent, and then stops, repeatedly. Please let me know how I can download DC Pro without this problem. Thank you.

does not convert to word properly
just bought the package to convert pdf to word. of the several pages in the document, some pages converted, some did not, when its all text. frustrating!

Cookie banner hides "click to sign" button
The cookie banner hides the "click to sign" button. This has caused significant confusion for people trying to sign agreements as they aren't aware that they haven't completed the signature process. When I tell them they need to click the "click to sign" button they say they can't find it.

Can't add files from Google Drive
Trying to add files from Google Drive and get the following error: "Sign in with google temporarily disabled"

Connect to Creative Cloud
Hello!
How can I connect Document Cloud to Creative cloud? And why are they separated in the first place..Or alternatively, Adobe Scan app should have an option to save the pdf in the creative cloud instead.

Want to print directly without downloading signed file
I don't want to download a file in order to print it. It would be good to have an option to select a signed file and directly print it in a good format. If you print a file in view mode, it prints off the page.

recipients needed in Shared documents
Include the recipient of shared dcocuments.
In the process of gutting Adobe Sign, the list of documents in the "For Signature" 'tab' no longer includes the recipient of the document. This makes reviewing / identifying documents much harder.5 votes -
TERRIBLE!!
Ésta nueva actualización está terrible, antes nos dejaba filtrar los documentos y se mantenía el filtro, también dejaba buscar por nombre y correo (Nos es mucho más útil y práctico) ahora hay que revisar documento por documento para encontrar a una sola persona o matrícula!

Names of receivers not viewable
How can I view to whom I sent my request for signature? The names of my files are always the same, just the person receiving it changes.
This setup is time consuming to try and figure out which one is the one I am looking for.

the upgrade is not working for us. (yet)
Hi,
Adobe seems to have upgraded and a lot has changed. Kindly take us through the changes.
We are unable to:
*To see whom the contract belongs to
*Delete contracts
*Set reminders
*To see the status of the contract
*To see who sent the contract.Please send us more information on the version of this programme. I was unable to search for tutorials on Youtube.
Please help us as soon as possible.

Terrible UI Check Box Update
Why would you move the ability to mark off that a change was made from a top level tick box to a hidden submenu. Are you trying to slow us down while we are on tight deadlines? Before we could mark our changes quickly as we made them. Now I have to wade down to the bottom of buried submenu.
This shows an incredible lack of understanding of how users were using Adobe Acrobat to maintain a production process.
Please go back to the old way as it was faster and more intuitive.

nEW LAYOUT IS TERRIBLE
I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.
Like how many are still out for signature??????
I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?
