No function in adobe sign
Adobe Sign is not working! Online wizard is not able to make a simple PDF to a singable PDF and send it out. Looks good, works not.

Can't sign a file that is already in Document Cloud.
There is a file ready fo me to sign in the documentcloud. It is in the Home tab. When I select it and click "Fill & Sign" I am asked to upload a file. I don't want to upload a document, because it is already there and I selected it to be able to sign it but the system appears to have forgotten all that.
This is a bug, right ? It makes no sense to me otherwise.2 votes -
Non funziona
Non riesco a compilare e firmare il contratto, mi si apre una pagina bianca con una rotella che gira all'infinito e la scritta "caricamento adobe sign in corso". Peccato però che dopo ore non abbia ancora caricato nulla.

Slow
Increasingly I have to refresh or restart the application when using fill and sign, etc. It's become painfully slow while other internet based software (not Adobe) continues to run smoothly. I'm not sure what is going on.

Error message!
I keep receviving 'error 404' messages when trying to save minor correction to my document. This is costing me hours of time!

text appears too high. folder doesn't update
Since the latest revision, text appears higher on the form than it appears when you are in fill & sign mode. Also, new files don't appear unless you go out of "files" and go back in.

Fill and Sign works only some of the time
IRS W9-Form. Adobe restricts fill and sign - unable to add date to the signature line.
Only the "Sign" function works. This is stupid. I ended up using dochub.

Error forcing me to redo all work
I have filled and signed an documente twice and it is not allowing me to send and I keep getting an error. I don't have time for this.

Adobe is poor quality and makes me look bad in front of customers
What the heck Adobe? Your software is already clunky, but I use it because I love Adobe sign. I just sat with a customer while I sent an agreement for signing. It took the doc with my and her separate signature fields and assigned them both to her. I very carefully resent it making sure my signature field was assigned to me and it did it again. You made me look like an ignorant fool in front of my customer and you wasted my time with your poor mobile ap software. This was on my android phone.

the cloud experience for acrobat pro is horrible
Stop it with making everything a cloud-based experience. It's lame and fails the user experience. It is not well-featured, and is not easy to use, and flat out doesn't work for saving files locally, for editing/fill&sign flow and ease of use, nor exporting PDFs. Get rid of the cloud **** and bring back a real app on a real hard drive. Your old app for acrobat pro was just fine. Then you had to make it "all online" and break it. I cannot even download PDF files anymore, the button doesn't work for "download".

New Change is HORRIBLE
Whatever you recently done, it sucks. All my form fields are not signature fields and I cannot get it corrected as of yet. I HATE IT.

To fix this, please check the settings under your user profile and look if in E-signing settings the checkbox for Disable form field detection is check. If it is check, please disable it and save your changes. This should fix your issue. In case this doesn't help you please reach out to us again.

Automated reminders - set default to none
I love the e-sign application but I do not like how it automatically sends the person a reminder every week. I often forget to change the drop down menu when sending the document. Is there a way to change settings so the default is set to "none" for reminders?

Adobe signs app
Your adobe Signs app is not working again. When you login it takes you to the main adobe online page. This has happened before.

Please check your email's spam folder to verify the agreements are not being sent there by mistake.
If you are not able to find them, please check an already sent agreement in the Acrobat web page, to verify if it has already been signed or not, because an email is sent to the sender only when the document has been signed by any recipient, and when it's fully completed too.
You can visualize this, following the next instructions:
- On the Main page click the "Documents" tab on the top left corner
- Click "In progress" under Agreements
- Find the agreement you want to do a follow up on, and click on it
- On the right hand panel that pops up, scroll all the way down
- You will find the "Recipients" section

Not opening document
my Adobe reader is saying that it wont open and some features wont work. It wont open my file at all. if it does it says its blank.
