For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

    Please allow me to adapt my preferences in such a way so the metric system is standard and that the box "Recipients must sign in order" is always ticked. Other preferences like the choice of British English would be very much appreciated as well.

  3. In the web browser for Adobe Sign, I want to see my signature requests with a filter for what's completed and what's still outstanding, that way I can easily see where I need to set up reminders for signers.

    In Acrobat, or later in the web browser for Adobe Sign, I want to be able to edit my message to signers if I need to make a correction or add information.

  4. We need the ability to change the “reply to” or “send as” parameters for outgoing Adobe Sign agreements. Like many modern businesses, we have many separate shared mailboxes for each client or project. Users access those shared mailboxes to send and receive all communications. When sending agreements with Adobe Sign, customers receive our user email instead of the project email. As a result, customers will email the person who sent the agreement instead of the shared mailbox where communications should be sent. Ideally, this could be done on setup by requiring that “send as” is enabled only if a parameter…

  5. We desperately need the ability to sort agreements into folders otherwise categorize agreement so that we can sort/filer by client, project, or other groupings. The current design with ZERO sorting strongly encourages us and other consumers to purchase DocuSign instead. In fact, MOST of my team has refused to switch to Adobe sign because DocuSign can organize agreements and Adobe Sign cannot. There is no good reason for them to switch.

  8. We have a lot of clients that sign the document but don't click on the final 'Click to Sign' button as it's not clearly visible. Usually it's right at the bottom of the page they are viewing and don't know they have to click this to finalise the document. We are then sending reminders to sign the document and they say they have already done it. Can the finalising of the document or acceptance of the terms and conditions be changed so it is easier for clients to know what to do to complete the signing.

  10. signature request documents showed up when I first loaded the page. They then disappeared and no longer show up before I did anything, and I can no longer see them unless I directly access them by the original URL sent to me. These should show up in my dashboard!

  13. When sending multiple files, it is hard to sign them on the cellphone. The autofill option always makes it difficult and messes up all documents.
    Not every person is that good with devices, so for them to deactivate this option is difficult.
    It would be nice for Adobe to ignore this feature on devices such as cell phones, laptops and tablets.

    1. This template contract doesn't work anymore after some update you rolled out. When I press E-Sign, nothing happens. I have sent this template many times before without issues.

    2. I don't see any of the fields I had prepared.

    3. Some pages are squashed and stretched and look ugly now.

  14. Your program doesn't work!!! I tried in legacy, I tried in the new version I just keep getting errors. I have used your program for many years and now I am going to look elsewhere. This is ridiculous. It is overwriting all of my pdfs and thinking I want the signer to fill in every field. It is trying to do too much now. And it doesn't work to turn off the advanced editing.

  16. Your new signing system isnt very good - it doesnt remember email addresses from history like it used to, and now signing takes longer as you can't just drag and drop signatures and dates - you need to select signature and then type of signature - wasting clicks

  17. Removal of the option to send multiple forms for e-signature is a HUGE step backward and the only reason I was using this service to begin with. Bogging down everyone's emails with multiple requests is neither "easier" or "more effective." Combining files does not allow for multiple signature lines either so there isn't even an alternative to the old functionality of e-signing.

  19. A few days ago I realized the option to include an attachment had been removed from E-Sign. I'm not sure what drove the change or if the problem is on my end, but it's really disappointing to not have the attachment option any longer.

    Hello Kristy,
    To add an attachment field to the document, follow the next steps:

    1. Open the desire file with request signature.
    2. Add recipient.
    3. Click continue/okay.
    4. On Left Hand Panel, scroll and click "view more".
    5. Scroll down until you find "Attachments"
    6. Click on "Attachments"
    7. Click on the  document and place the field

    With this, the recipient should be able to attach a file to the agreement
