Error in saving docx changes
Acrobat keeps giving the error message shown in the attached file, and won't save any changes to a docx file despite repeated attempts

Porque aparece error cuando estas intentando organizar paginas , no guarda nada de lo que se realizo , solo aparace error en un aviso rojo y se pierde todo el trabajo

Login issue
The subscription and login process for Adobe is completely broken. I spent over 1.5 hours today just trying to receive a functional verification code to access my account.
As a UX professional with 30 years of experience, I can state with certainty that this onboarding workflow completely ignores the customer’s perspective. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst user experiences I have ever encountered.
If you don't change your UE, I know your future.

Change of approver
I should be able to replace an approver with whomever I choose, not be prevented from changing to approvers who were previously nominated

My handwritten notes and highlighted text are missing after I transfer my file to pdf space
I opened one file in pdf space after I opened that document my all handwritten notes md highlighted text are deleted only plain document was there
So I deleted that file from pdf space
Then I opened that pdf in local acrobat files it also totally plain document no handwritten notes and highlighted text
My whole data is lost I was totally disappointed

Safari Functionality
The Acrobat document upload stopped working today with Safari. First, the Select a file link didn’t work. I had to drag and drop. Then the file I uploaded disappeared from the Recents, and then when I finally located it and copied the link, it would not paste. I literally had to email the link to myself and then forward it. Not great functionality when you’re facing a deadline.

Acrobat Dissatisfaction
Adobe Acrobat is a not a user friendly or good product. I am consistently running into issues with being unable to update text that I ADDED to the PDF for editing.
I added the text for shipping hours using a text box, and now am unable to change ANY of the information, or remove it from the page. Despite the fact I entered and added this information, Acrobat does not recognize it and leaves me unable to edit. This forces me to create a whole new file and input all the new information I just entered. Total waste of time.

Refund
I was recently charged $69.90, for converting to word documents into PDFS, which didn’t work because the file was to big, why should l pay for something I didn’t get, l would like a refund please.

Organize Pages
Why is the web version so different from the App? I am trying to add a blank page to my document under "Organize Pages", however, it doesn't give me the option for a Blank Page. Only thing I can do is add a document already on file.

Bookmarks
When I extract pages, the associated bookmarks are then lost. This is especially an issue because documents over 100 pages are not able to be e-signed. My company uses large documents, and after breaking documents down, bookmarks are not there anymore.

Abonelik iptal
Aboneliği iptal için gerekli işlemleri yapmıştım 3-4 ay önce. 4-5 aydır kullanmıyorum ve hala fatura kesiyorsunuz. Mail de attım iptali için. Bir aboneliği iptal etmek bu kadar zor mu olmalı. Boş yere 4-5 fatura ödedim. Son faturayı silmenizi ve abonelik iptali yaptığım tarihi baz alarak ücret iadesi istiyorum. Gerçekten yoruldum abonelik iptali yapabilmek için. Lütfen mahkemeye verin, ödemiyorum.

Problems with Software
I downloaded the free trial of Acrobat because I needed to edit a PDF. This version is the worst! It didn't recognize the existing font, so it changed to something that was in no way close. I couldn't choose another font, because the list didn't show what the fonts looked like - I don't have time to guess what your fonts are! I ended up reformatting the entire 2-page doc - what a waste! I tried to copy text and instead Acrobat copied it to the clipboard and would not let me access it to paste it.

Cannot use Layers feature despite purchasing license.
This tool is incredibly user UNfriendly. All I want to do is use the layers feature to eliminate some of the size markings on a pdf pattern so I can send it to a copy shop to print. The layers feature is the only reason I paid for an Adobe licence, and it does not work. I am unable to save the modified version with layers removed. It is incredibly frustrating and none of your AI tools are helpful.

Manual saving doesn't actually save
I was working on a document over 30 pages long, and made sure to manually save after EACH page was edited. After finishing, I manually saved one more time and closed the tab. Once I reopened the document, I found that none of the edits I had made were saved, losing hours of work.
