I am tired of the AI ******** popping up every time I open a document. Stop trying to ******* force your **** AI on me and let me work!!!!

Lost an hour of work and 100+ pages, error message upon trying to save
I just spent like an hour putting together a 100+ page document, tried to save my changes, and it gave me an error message and put me back to the original 12 page document I had added everything to. There is no way for me to recover what I worked on so now I lost all of that work and will have to redo the whole thing.

600 page limit needs to be increased slightly
Please allow for review of files over 600 pages. I have a file that is 608 pages and I cannot utilize the AI service I'm paying for because of this feature.

Give me what I paod for
Why, when I have paid for the ability to convert pdf files to WORD, am I not being allowed to do so. Every time I try to use your system it keeps trying to persuade me to use ADOBE PRofessional.

Garbled Text since update
Ever since my adobe updated, text on some of my documents is garbled, like miss typed and miss sized. I seen that it said to open the file online with adobe, but I shouldn't have to do that. This was not an issue prior to the update and I pay too much for this program to have to jump through hoops to use it.

Changes to Violations of User Guidelines for Mental Health Professionals
There needs to be a way to adjust the violation of user guidelines that pops up when generating document summaries. I am a forensic psychologist who often needs police reports or other legal documents summarized and I am consistently unable to get summaries because the content "violates the user guidelines." There needs to be a workaround for this for mental health professionals because we consistently are dealing with information of a sensitive nature and not being able to use this feature renders this aspect of your service virtually useless to me.

Default Zoom Level
There should be the ability to set a default viewing preference (zoom %, two-page view, etc.) for opening documents online.

ESign crashes
Adobe crashes during use all the time. It is incredibly frustrating to be one signature line away from sending it to the recipients but I can't because it crashes and I have to start over. Makes 3x the work by the time Adobe actually sends it.

issues with Adobe
Adobe is frankly the most annoying and difficult to use free software. Among the key problems are:
1. When I click to download a PDF it automatically opens in Adobe; I am then unable to do anything with the file (eg change its name. move it to another folder) without closing it in Adobe
2. At the slightest provocation Adobe will ask if I want to amend the file, and if I say yes it will allow me to go two or three steps down the road (eg add an apostrophe then at the last minute will say - you…1 vote -

It would be great if we can add request for signature after the agreement is already send - sometimes, is necessary add somone; but it is not possible if we dont cancel and start again;
it would be great if would be possible request more than 10 signatures; manytimes I got more than 10 signatories

let me save a pdf without signing in
i spent 2 hours on a pdf and wasnt signed when i signed it it deletes my work i tried to save before that but it wouldnt let me because i had to sign to save great job

Queja por exigir cambio de contraseña
Tengo 4 dispositivos en los que eventualmente utilizo mi cuenta y ultimamente diario me pide cambiar mi contraseña argumentando que otras personas podria estar usando mi cuenta. Entiendo que me exijan cerrar sesión en los dispositivos que no estoy usando pero esto del cambio de contraseña es una incomodidad que no deberia sufrir considerando que pago mi licencia

No longer can compress PDF files
I cannot compress PDF files anymore. Certain files provide me the option to compress before downloading but when I choose the compress option the process never gets to the point where I can download the file. There are several other people that have expressed the same issue. Could Adobe Technical Support jump in an provide a solution?

Payment issue
Paid to Adobe on 07 February 2026 (attaching payment details) but still not linked with my account, neither received refund from Adobe.
I am very disappointed with this kind of service provided by Adobe. Also unable to get proper support from Adobe help desk to resolve this issue.1 vote
