For Review Management
Format "For Review" section the same way you have the "For Signature" section. Also, the sort by Status doesn't work. Add column under For Review section to who it was sent to for review.

Files security and commenting
I am very disappointed with the document cloud handles my files. I uploaded my pdf file with security for client to make comment however they can't make a comment since it is secured file, and how easy it is for 3rd party user download my file when it is just me and my client ( client provided the link to the 3rd party ). If possible to disable the download link while making a review. Try google drive workflow.

Make a 64 bit upgrade to cs5.5 applications
SAD... adobe effort to hold users feet to the fire by requiring them to 'rent' via subscription, software. I purchased a while back Master suite of Adobe applications CS5 and upgraded some to CS5.5. Now, having installed Catalina on my Mac my purchased Adobe applications won't run and in the case of Lightroom 3 gives a message that it will cause damage to my computer, How about you do us a favor and make a 64-bit port for these applications and sell them as upgrades. I want to own my software, not rent it!

Review tools and resolving items
- Will it be possible to use the comments tools in performaing reviews. These tools are much easier to use than the review tools?
- I have noticed that anyone can resolve a raised item, but when others filter as resolved the items are only shown as resolved if the item was raised by the person who resolves it. This is a little confusing as the resolver still sees the items by others as resolved.

Allow more than 1000 characters in the message
The new interface impedes my work-flow and still doesn't allow more than 1000 characters in the message. :-(
1 voteWe’ve increased the comment size limit to 2,500 characters. Let us know if you find files that reach that limit.

dissallow download and printing of proofs
important i need to be able to not allow download or printing
these are ment for proofs and some of my projects are proofed before payment and i need my clients to pay before the can print anything . also i would like to know if there is viewers and visitor tracking that did not review. please email me or contact me brad@bluebrad.com i would like to make this my print production proof system. i like it so far just need to not allow downloads or printing. review only .... PS can we add an approve button ... explaining that…1 votecfrench respondedThank you for your feedback regarding controlling downloading, printing, and approval. It’s helpful to understand why you need that. Regarding your question about tracking whether people you shared with have reviewed or not, if you shared by Inviting People rather than simply generating the link, you’ll see a status for each of the people invited including who has not yet opened the file and who has added comments.

Review won't convert a non-PDF to a PDF?
Issue - The DC Review service can't convert a non-PDF to a PDF directly? Even though the DC web service can convert a non-PDF to a PDF?
Steps:
1) Go to documentcloud.adobe.com
2) In Quick Start, go to "Send for Review"
3) Drag PPTX file (Windows) from Windows desktop to web browser.
Result: Error message "File ignored"
Expected: Review service should be able to convert non-PDF to PDF (since DC service can do this).1 vote -
Import comments from cloud review to InDesign
Is there a way to import comments added to the cloud version, so that I don't have to go from that to the InDesign version? I know this is the case for PDF, but can't see anything for cloud version.
4 votesIf you download a copy of a PDF file you’ve sent for review, you’ll receive a PDF file with all of the comments. You can then import those comments into InDesign using a new import feature. Here’s a video demonstration – https://youtu.be/89UemkTvOGs
Let us know if that addresses what you were looking for.

Share multiple versions for review
A customer asked for a way to share new versions of a review file. The main needs are to: a) direct all reviewers to the latest version, b) provide a way for everyone in the review to view the previous versions with comments.

Send message to all participants
Would be nice to be able to send a message to all participants.
Note: from the ... menu, I can copy a URL to the review and send out my own email, but it would be nice to be able to do easier from within the review.

Comparing old and new files
Easily able to compare a previous version to the new version. And make the resolved issues still appear when reviewing.
Right now for review, the person has to click the on the previous proof link (the one they marked up with their comment) and the link for the new proof that was created and toggle back and forth between windows to make sure the changes they requested were made. Also, if they can't remember what changes they requested, any change that I mark as "resolved" disappears and you have to click the filter icon and click "resolved" to get them…
