  3. I just paid 32.99/year but clicked on wrong thing. I’d like to purchase something else. Is it possible to switch credit as just completed

    I just paid 32.99/year. Would be nice to do monthly as it says 2.75/month and it wasn’t what I wanted. Can I transfer credit to what I want? Just purchased 3 mins ago.

  6. Have access to Creative Cloud files in Arobat app

    In the (iOS) Acrobat app is no direct acces to the Creative Cloud apps. Via iOS Files app the is possible, but very buggy. Drop box access is possible in Acrobat app, why not Creative Cloud?

  8. Have files update accross IOS platforms - Ipad and Iphone

    Have all files appearing across all IOS platforms - IPad and Iphone. Currently Iphone and IPad are not showing the same files.

    Provide link through OneDrive or IcCloud.

  9. Version 19.02.01 bug

    Since I downloaded 19.02.01, many things have gone amok. First, it told me I could not open a file due to an unknown error. Then it opened my file, but I could not add comments. Then it seemed that the file was corrupted, only displaying half the file. Now it won’t open at all. I have an iPad 2, running iOS 12.1.

    Hi! I use to be able to highlight my PDF document. But now I cannot../ I reopen passed highlighted PDF and it doesn’t work neither.

  16. Download files to ios

    I have a PDF in the cloud, but I need to download it to my iPad. I am able to download using the iPhone app, logged into the exact same document cloud, but I don’t seem to be able to download the document to my iPad. This is a document that I need to access when not connected to the internet. So far, I have spent about 25 minutes sending it to myself, downloading to Dropbox, and god only knows what else. This really shouldn’t be that difficult.

  17. Can’t delete recent files from “... More Locations” tab

    I can clear Recent Items short cut list, but every file I ever viewed still shows up on the More Locations tab under Recent Files.
