1. Highlighting results in dropped pages

   Whenever i highlight sentences, i soon find (not immediately) that a page of the pdf i am reading has disappeared. Multiple highlights = multiple lost pages. Never happened with previous versions of adobe reader. Closing and reopening the pdf does not change this, pagesremain lost from view. Any ideas why or how to get pages back?

2. There is major delay in syncing

   I use smart phone and tablet. Using document cloud and dropbox to share content, so that i can read anywhere i want, using which ever gadget i want. But tablet data sync comparitively faster than mobile. It takes days mobile app to sync, I dont find annotations in tablet. Look in to this. Internet is working well.

4. Bookmark UI is too narrow

   1. Its balloon UI is too small, long bookmark names does not fit into the balloon UI's width.

   2. It requires clicking into several "folders" in order to access a nested bookmark entry. It'd be better to have them expanded by default (which would require the point 1 to be addressed).

   Personally I am happy with a UI for browsing bookmarks of pdf as implemented in an app called "kybook 3"

5. cant find my orginial Adobe Acct from 2015

   My brand new HP and my Iphone6 were linked together my Adobe account , Microsoft had no problems updating & or installing apps at their leasure and I had that is had Adobe DC . I said had do to a forced reset of any & all of my electronic devices . My personal, finanical , Family pics and me & my fathers DNA results . PC is at clinic as I speak and he already found some errors with my Belarc Report. It shows my adobe acct updates ....... and I know that at one time I paid for usage of the Adobe App/service. Dear sir or madam. my acct would have and was used by unauthorized Corp/entity. The issue is a very large issue that invades a persons privacy of ones personal life just by having to agree to use a app that you pay for having no real old school way of doing anything anymore its unexceptable. Were can I buy the App to use a App?? jk. I want my old version back so I may updated at my will . My iphone6 restore didnt restore nothing back like it should have.

10. Open PDF/A files read-only.

    I use Document Cloud and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to store documents in PDF/A format. Acrobat Pro DC always warns that a file is (or claims to be) PDF/A and opens those files read-only, but Acrobat on iPhone allows me to draw over, highlight, underline, strike out, etc. a PDF/A without any warning whatsoever. The Acrobat mobile app should implement the same behavior as the desktop software when dealing with PDF/A files.

13. Disappearing text in Thai Language in Fill & Sign mode

    I often use Acrobat Reader in iPad and have a good experience in Fill & Sign in old version that support Thai language.

    The new version don’t support to Thai language in Fill & Sign.
    I can typed Thai language in the text box but when I finish typed the text box disappeared. This text box still available when I touch on the text box area, it pop up and allow me to re-edit the text box.

    I expect that the new version can support Thai language when fill in text box same as the old version.

14. Corrupted or Damaged

    I selected and viewed my tax return from H&R Block, I tried to create a PDF and received the message Corrupted or Damaged. I then tried to send it to Acrobat and then open it in Acrobat but received the same message Corrupted or Damaged.

    Would you please provide more information about the problem so that we can troubleshoot it?

    It sounds like the PDF document was already damaged before you sent it to your iPad/iPhone and open it in Acrobat Reader for iOS.

    How did you create the PDF document? Did you export it from the H&R app on desktop or iPhone/iPad?

    Where did you see the first error message about “Corrupted or Damaged”?

    Would you please send the same PDF document to a Windows or Mac computer to open it in the desktop version of Acrobat Reader?

    Please let us know what you find.

    Hi.when i tap on a figure link in the paper, the app shows the mentioned figure( It could be some pages earlier or later). it takes too long to find original page.
    Plz make a bottom to return back to original page.

20. XFA forms: Adobe Acrobat Reader unable to open certain pdf files, suggests use of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows

    Adobe Acrobat Reader for IOS (running on iPad Pro) is unable to open certain files (in my case it is all the files sent by the South African Revenue Services, the receiver of revenue of the Republic of South Africa), yet Adobe Acrobat Reader for Microsoft Windows on my laptop opens them without a problem, even some email attachment files that the Reader for IOS says are corrupted. When openining such a file, a blank page with an error message comes up, and advises user to use “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for MAC or Windows” to open the file (which is not available on the App Store for my iPad Pro in any case). The updates of the App have not addressed this problem over the years, to date. What could be the cause of the problem? What should I do to resolve it? Attached is a sample of the file to illustrate the point, and a screen grab of the error message. I request that Adobe sorts this bug out to ensure that the reader can open any acrobat format file that it is able to open on other platforms.

    Hi Locksley,

    Acrobat Reader mobile apps for iOS and Android do not support the special type of PDF called static/dynamic XFA form.
