2. Frequently Loses Log In Validation

   I have a full Acrobat Pro subscription. I use Acrobat all the time to create / edit / file documents. Occasionally before, and more often lately I open a PDF file, only to have my Acrobat app (installed on my laptop running Windows 10) say that "upgrade to access that function" implying that I don't have a subscription. I go to check the account status in the app, and it shows my information, but still insists my subscription is not current. Eventually, it usually finds my account (no idea what it is doing in the background or why it loses the fact that my account is valid and paid up). This behavior is incredibly annoying, and gets in the way of productivity with one of my key work tools. Making me seriously consider acquiring some alternate form of PDF creator / editor.

3. License Purchase Audit Log

   Currently, there is no way in the Admin Console to clearly see recent license purchases for any of the Adobe products. The audit log would seem to be the most logical place to look, but after we purchased 5 new licenses for Adobe Acrobat, my supervisor asked me to confirm they were added to the license pool. However, since I did not know the previous total license count, I could not determine if the licenses were added. I had to contact the billing support to have them confirm the licenses were added, but why make customers go through that when it should simply appear as an audit event? I would suggest making this something we can check through the audit log, and it would even be nice to have a notice on the Overview tab in the admin console next to the product such as an exclamation point, or just the word "new" that when clicked would show there was and increase(or decrease even) in the license count by 'X' number of licenses and have that appear for at least a month from the time of the change.

4. sign in sucks ***

   I have a work license, a personal license, one through my church, etc. Somehow, I can't create a simple PDF on a home computer without signing in half a dozen time. You have made it so miserable i'm ready to look for other solutions. Acrobat used to be awesome. it is now miserable and unusable.

   I keep getting hassled to pay for an Acrobat Pro license even though it's included in my creative suite package.

7. stop using AI

   I need a new license provider because my current license provider is not giving me a good service. I am trying to contact a human being from ADOBE who may help me find a new way to renew my license, but it is imposible. The AI assistant does not understand my questions, when I requested an agent, it said my email is not registered, then it said they will be happy to help me in service hours. Please, hire humans and stop using AI just because it is cheaper. The new customer service is terrible. I am really having a hard time renewing my license.

8. Loss of licenses when computers crash

   I purchased a licence to Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. I intalled this on my two computers and have hapilly used them for several years. I have had to reinstall my OS on my laptop a few times now and when I try to reinstall Adobe it tells me I have exceeded the number of licences permitted. Of course this is not correct, just that I cannot sign out from three licenses held on crashed computers. When I call the Support Desk, they give me the wonderful option of purchasing a subsciption. However, I have already paid for a working perpetual licence. Surely Adobe should honor the purchase and expand the number of available licences in this situation.

9. I can not buy and use registred products

   I'm an assistant professor in pure mathematics at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad located in Iran. I can not buy registered products because of sanction against my country. On the other hand I can not access some parts of Adobe website without VPN. I kindly ask you to help me in order to buy your products and use them legally. At least I need Adobe Acrobat pro DC and Abobe Captivate.     I am a senior citizen and a 100% disabled American veteran living on a fixed income. Does Adobe offer any license discounts to people like me? I cannot afford the monthly subscription fee or lifetime license amount.

11. allow Shared usage of Adobe Pro for teams access.

    My Company (Small business) uses the adobe pro license daily. We have grown and wish to assign the Acrobat Sign Duties to another user. Currently the only way to do this is purchase an entire Sign License ($20.99/permonth) or another Pro License ($23.99/permonth). This is cost prohibitive for a small business who merely wants to delegate some of the daily routine to another user. I would recommend that the adobe pro license allow the administrator to delegate applications included in the pro license to different users at a small cost ($5/month). I feel this would allow small businesses to gain more flexibility at a lower cost. Thus, encouraging more small companies to purchase user delegation licenses. This would not affect current sales since only the one user assigned to the application can use it at a time. This would prevent larger companies from purchasing one license and delegating to multiple people they would still be required to gain a license for every user.

13. "New" Adobe

    Your customers PAY FOR your products. When I downloaded and launched the app on my new laptop (LONGtime user on my prior laptop), you did not:

    Announce the "new" look
    Offer a tour of the "new" product BEFORE launching it
    Offer the option of "new" vs. "original"

    I had to resort to Chat with Customer Service to learn what happened and how to undo your GIANT step backwards. The fonts are microscopic, there are icons where words should be, and the layout is now a hide-and-seek experience.

    If the revert to Original Adobe was left out, I would have demanded a refund and found another product, despite being a decades-long user.

    Your developers should be over 30, with adult supervision and user testing before you launch future "improvements," that aren't.

15. Creative Cloud thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of Acrobat

    When I create new dynamic stamps in Acrobat, Creative Cloud then thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of all my CC apps. Every time I launch Acrobat (or other CC Apps), a warning dialog opens informing me that I can only have apps stored on 2 computers with my license. I need to click Learn More, visit Adobe's Web site, dismiss the browser, and return to Acrobat to continue using the Program. This behavior I have experienced on Mac OS Sonoma (14.1.2).

16. How to Reset ProtonMail Password

    There are several options available to reset your ProtonMail password. However, the process should be completed with due regard for security features. Forwarding email actually, spyware is built into ProtonMail since it uses E2E encryption. Therefore, when you initiate a password reset, you should not expect to access any previously retrieved AntiYahoo Email Login messages. In order to restore your account, please go to your ProtonMail login page and select “Forgot Password?” You will be asked to double-check your email address if the procedure is too hard for you.
    After you click on the reset password link in the email, a page will open where you can set a new password. Remember to set a strong password that includes upper and lower case letters, plus numbers and symbols, upon creating the new account for enhanced security. When you finish the reset procedure, you will be able to use the other features. However, as already mentioned, all previous emails will be deleted. Most internal email software users should not view this as an issue. Toward the end of your recovery process, you might also wish to activate two-factor authentication to avoid further endangering your account.

20. Acrobat 23.008.20470 Update NO GOOD

    The last 2 upgrades are terrible! Slow to open and slow to process, eg. export function. Insufficient testing prior to release. Adobe team, you must improve this!
