  7. PDF fails to display in multiple scenarios even within the Cloud environment

    PDFs fail to display as attachment to WhatsApp chats; fail to display on the website of at least one of my banks; fail to open from the Cloud due to 'being already logged in" in another session.
    Fail to display on my iPhone, using Acrobat Pro. Message states that I need 'Acrobat Reader', etc, etc.
    I have a CC full sub and this is extremely frustrating. The reason I was induced to purchase CC was to avoid this kind of issues.
    Please help!

  8. marquee zoom tool

    Would like the ability to add the Marquee Zoom tool back to quick access.
    I now have to click and search for the tool which is awkward and cumbersome especially when i am presenting a document

  9. Lack of Customer Support

    I notice A LOT of posts on this forum...funny, not a single posted response from any Adobe PM or Engineer, nor have I noticed any changes to the complaints folks post here...it's almost like they could care less what we think, say, or do...almost like Microsoft.

  13. popup notices

    every single time I used quick print or open attachment from my email, I get a pop up "Make edits right in your PDF". Telling me to try it now. I don't want to. Even if I do try it, the pop up still won't go away every single time. I have tried enabling messages from Adobe in the setting. NOTHING!!! Annoying. Every time you upgrade it's a different problem!!!!

    Please, merge your read aloud software with Speechify. your software is better with pronunciation but speechify has voices that I prefer. Also, cannot find read aloud in the new version of Acrobat... where is it?

  18. Adobe Acrobat Crashing when Clicking Fillable Fields too Quickly After Launch

    I've encountered 2 separate instances of a replicable issue with Adobe Acrobat crashing upon clicking a fillable field shortly after the document is opened.

    The workaround is to allow a few seconds for Adobe to "finish loading", indicated by the 7-day Trial banner appearing in instances of non-licensed users. Any clicks prior to this message appearing will cause the application to crash/close out without an error message.

    I'm unsure if it has anything to do with how the document was created.

    Version: 23.008.20470
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.19045 Build 19045)

    THE SYSTEM IS WAY TOO SLOW. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS CHANGED BUT I REALLY DO TO ENJOY USING ADOBE, IF ANOTHER OPTION WAS GIVEN i WOULD USE ANOTHER SYSTEM. I DON'T LIKE THAT I PAY FOR SOMETHINGTHAT DOESN'T WORK.

  20. Amazing if Acrobat's AI assistant [Beta] could compare 2 PDFs

    Would love if AI assistant [beta] could compare the content of 2 PDFs and tell you how the content in one document relates to the other. It's doable in ChatGPT and Perplexity but it would be so helpful if this feature was native to Acrobat
