  2. In the Adobe Admin Console centralise all incidents and requests received by adobe support no matter whether they are raised directly in the portal or raised via email or via phone or any other method.

    This will allow the admins of Organisations to see all requests/incidents raised by their colleagues in their organisation enabling them to centrally manage and responded to timely; this is especially important when issues are long running and may be handed over to different people or third party IT support suppliers within an organisation.

  3. I am using Acrobat Pro and do not have the ability to check "Open PDFs in tabs" so everything opens in a separate window. This is VERY frustrating & messy. How can I get them to open in tabs? Can you please add that option back in?!

  4. When using OnBase Unity Client (ECM) to index documents, the application will display PDFs within its internal viewer. This was working properly until release 22.003.2028x in November. After this, the viewer would give the attached error when attempting to display documents. It was not consistent, but was happening at least half the time - especially with PDFs that had fillable fields. The user would have to completely close out of the Unity Client application and start the process over. Sometimes it works for them the 2nd time around and sometimes it doesn't.   8. Bug: PDF Attachments of Certain Names Cannot Be Loaded or Saved.

    Factors: The Bug does not exist in other reader programs. Attachment files of all names are accessible in both Foxit Reader and Mozilla Firefox. That is to say, the error pdf attached works as intended in those programs. Because of this, we doubt this is a symptom of our PDF creation tools.     We use Kandji to control various Mobile Device Management settings for our client desktop and laptop Macintosh computers.   12. When an E-Sign Template is sent for signing, the signing party is unable to click the hyperlinks in the agreement before signing. These links include items such as the Privacy Policy etc.

  14. On Adobe Acrobat versions 7, 8, and 9, I have been able to utilize the Acrobat Access 3.0 Type Library and the Adobe Acrobat 10.0 Type Library to Save a PDF using Visual Basic for Applications. This is done in MS Access. In Acrobat DC, these libraries, the functionality I utilize is missing.

  16. PA-LEASE! Turn off the "Renew Now" and "Activate" notifications. Our IT takes care any upgrade$, so I have no use for these time-burglar Notifications!   18. I work in Prepress and preflight hundreds of PDFs. We use Pitstop to outline all fonts. The problem is, Acrobat does not auto-activate fonts. In order to outline fonts properly, we have to open the PDF file, see what fonts are used, quit Acrobat, activate the fonts needed, and finally, reboot Acrobat. This is tedious and very time consuming.

    If other Adobe products can auto-activate fonts, why can't Acrobat?
