Poor Sign-in design for Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat sign-in process is anti-customer and designed to frustrate your clients.
(1) I have to click see more to click on sign in with Microsoft. Only Apple, Google, and Facebook are available on the first screen. I highly doubt that Facebook is used more than Microsoft, but regardless, there is more than enough room to allow all 5 of the allowed SSO methods to be available on the main sign-in screen.
(2) You only allow 2 computers to be signed in at a time, regardless of whether the other logins are active. This is problematic and frustrating behavior for…

allow Shared usage of Adobe Pro for teams access.
My Company (Small business) uses the adobe pro license daily. We have grown and wish to assign the Acrobat Sign Duties to another user. Currently the only way to do this is purchase an entire Sign License ($20.99/permonth) or another Pro License ($23.99/permonth). This is cost prohibitive for a small business who merely wants to delegate some of the daily routine to another user. I would recommend that the adobe pro license allow the administrator to delegate applications included in the pro license to different users at a small cost ($5/month). I feel this would allow small businesses to gain…

PC restart required after update, which is super annoying
PC restart after software update is normally not required, except device drivers.
This is pretty annoying, and adobe must at least describe the reason (e.g., adobe's technique level is very low)2 votes -
MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND THE SIMPLE DOWNLOAD BUTTON.
Why don't you be more like Microsoft. One e-mail address or sign-in gets you everything. One sign-in, All your licenses are there. Plus unlike your Adobe.com, when I sign into the page, I get more ads and how great it is. Instead in O365, all my apps are there and I can quickly find the DOWNLOADS and install the application. All done without the Adobe Ads cloud ****. I never had a problem with installing the apps on my computer.
For example, O365 home edition, As long as I sign in, it doesn't matter, the product will install on all…

This product is such a pain to use. If it were not required for the forms I am using, I would delete it and never look at it again. In fact, as soon as I am done with the form I am using, I will remove the product and hope to never use it again. I will also contact the people that require me to use Acrobat and tell them I will cancel their service as filling in their forms using Acrobat is too clunky and not convenient. Even opening Acrobat requires me to sign in. what a dumb idea.…

Acrobat Reader replaces Acrobat DC as defaulf PDF viewer while it should not
I have Acrobat DC installed as a part of Creative Cloud because I need it to do my work as a graphic designer. In meanwhile my IT dept pushes Reader to all the stations. I can have both installed, but why the Reader so aggressively and violating all the settings sets itself as a default PDF viewer while I want to work in DC all the time? If I set Acrobat DC as a default PDF viewer it should stay as a default viewer!

Adobe doen´t start without updating an needs comp. restared
Hallo, Adobe Acrobat will in regelmäßigen Abständen aktualisiert werden. Leider so, dass man beim Öffnen eines Dokuments den Hinweis erhält, man könne das Programm erst nach einem Neustart des PC starten. Das stört enorm. Wie kann ich das ausschalten?

Adobe Acrobat Pro Not Working on Desktop!
Help me, please! Adobe Acrobat Pro stopped working, so I tried to re-install it and failed. Now it is gone from my desktop and all my PDF files icons changed and I can no longer open them by clicking on them. Repeated attempts to download Adobe Acrobat Pro and re-install it have failed. What do I have to do to get it back?

Dedicated support.
Support accessed my root library and then disappeared. For the amount of money I have paid for licensing I don't understand why I continue to receive a bad installation error with Adobe DC but I was on Pro then threw my hands up in the air but they convinced me stop stay. Now my library has disappeared for is stuck. If the support numbers were a bit better I think that each user has a different arrangement on their computer. Some technical support would be great as I have spent way too much time trying to fix some really bad…

Lousy lousy upgrade.
It is lousy. Cannot find anything anymore. Can no longer sign in on my computer. Stuck using the web based system with files going whereever. Looking seriously for an alternative.

Horrible customer support
It took 10 minutes to find a contact number. Then another ten minutes to reach an actual person. Then this person spoke English as a second language and sounded very far away while clearly multi-tasking around the room... then hung up on accident (I'm assuming) after 1 minute. Absolute trash customer support

Report to manage unused licenses
I work at Petrobras in Brazil and I am responsible to manage the users licenses for de Adobe Products, Acrobat DC Pro and Creative Cloud Apps. Some users request a license but doesn´t use it. I would like to have a report that can check when the user used a product for the last. So that I can revoke the license for lack of access or use. This is very important to reduce costs and manage the licenses. Thank you.

Adobe Reader is changing my PC configuration without consent
Adobe Acrobat Reader is behaving like malware. I choose to use another PDF reader as my default for opening PDFs, every now and then the Adobe Acrobat Reader updates itself (also without my permission, or any option for control I can find), it takes the liberty to change my default settings for PDF files. This is not OK!
It even changes my Windows PC's default PDF reader if I make an certain changes to the Adobe Reader Preferences.
Is uninstalling Adobe Reader the only way I can fix this?

Stand Alone Acrobat SDL
It would be very helpful if we could generate a SDL copy of Acrobat without being forced to install Creative Cloud. Many of our labs and other shared devices have Acrobat in case it's needed but more often than not it isn't and users HATE that Creative Cloud constantly pops up asking them to sign in. Creative Cloud is a huge annoyance for our end-users.

Install onder versions
Why can't I install older versions?
Yesterday Acrobat decided to start lagging and crashing every time I open a document. So I decided to donwgrade to an older version and, guess what, I can't. Now I'm stuck with this version that lags and crashs every single time I open a PDF. Everything was working just fine two days ago. Nothing changed on my system.

update not recognized by Cloud
My Creative Cloud Desktop shows that Acrobat is "Up to date", but when I double click a PDF file, "Installing update..." appears.
"Please wait a few minutes while the update is installed..." is NOT what I want to do. I want to open the PDF file to view.
Why does the Desktop Cloud app not recognize the update is available, and prompt me to install ?Acrobat 2023.003.20244
