  1. As a new user of Acrobat DC, I combine 2 files and save the portfolio. When I open up my new combined file there is a column panel on the left that shows the 2 documents that I combined. I cannot scroll through my new combined document from page 1 to the end. Rather, I must use arrows to toggle between my 2 documents. What am I missing to see it as one new combined document? Thanks.

  2. Provide Option to Open In Less Than Full Screen Mode.

I work with multiple documents on may PC screen. Every time I open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, it fills the whole screen and I have to go fishing for the corner of the screen to shrink it. I'd like to concentrate when I work, not get distracted or annoyed.

Your support would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

You can change the screen display by trying:
    1) Open Adobe Reader.
    2) Select “Edit” > “Preferences“.
    3) Select “Page Display” on the left pane.
    4) Under the “Default Layout and Zoom” area, change the “Zoom” dropdown menu to a desired setting.

    Hope this works for you.

As a workaround, please try the following
    1. Deactivate “Show field preview when editing or adding fields” in the Fields tab of the Preferences

    2. Switch off JavaScript while you work

    3. Please update Acrobat to the latest patch and check if that resolves the issue. Launch Acrobat > click “check for updates” under Help menu.
Let us know how it goes.

  4. Program was working fine, then I left for a few hours and now whenever I click Prepare Forms the program crashes

  7. I am signed in and I also tried to do a repair. I cannot get into the document cloud as it says to sign in. The sign in button does not work. The menu sign in/sign out shows I am signed in. Nothing is working and I could really use these documents now.

  9. Third time this week. Working on an existing PDF with commenting tools, and when I go to save, I get the message that the file cannot be saved. Try to save as, as suggested, and get the message that there's a file error, then the text of the file disappears. (Spread in screenshot is two solid pages of text.)

  11. Hello,

    In the attached file

-Select a grade under Grade Level
-Open up the standards selections under "I am going to learn" under any of the lessons
-Use the scroll bar to scroll down as far as you can

I'm developing the document on a Mac OS X system but I have also repro'd the issue on a Windows system.

    Expected Behavior
I expected the scrolling to go all the way down to the last item on the list.

    Observed behavior
The scroll only lets you go partway down the list. You can use the arrow keys to continue down…

  16. It would be greatly appreciated if custom buttons or menu items created in JavaScript be allowed to be added to the toolbars in WebView (Internet Explorer). This used to work in Acrobat and Reader in version 7, 8, 9 and X but now doesn't work :(

  18. Currently Acrobat Pro DC can not read slower than 150 words per minute (wpm). I chatted with support (January 30, 2018) and they confirmed that currently it can not be reduced. Therefore, I request that this be modified to any number that a subscriber wants. 150 WPM is ridiculously fast. The range is 150 to 650 wpm. I would hope that Adobe does not discriminate against persons with disabilities anywhere especially in the United States of America.

  20. Every time I open a pdf from an email, it automatically saves it to the desktop. I then have to delete them and it is difficult finding the latest file...that I didn't want to save in the first place. I want to choose when to save a file.
