Ability to rotate image on screed

In earlier versions, you could rotate the image of the page Clockwise or Counterwise.

Please bring back this functionality in DC

    the rotaion of a pdf ijust scaned shows the rotation symbols but they are not "lit up" and are unusable. i do not rember having this problem before today..10-30-2017. i will try lovekesh solution but it seems awfully complicated for a feature that was quite simple earier in Acrobat DC but especially in version X

    You can still do this.
    Go to Tools> Organize pages
    Hover over any page thumbnail, there will be option to rotate it Clockwise/Anticlockwise
    Also, there are symbols in the toolbar for the same.
