When scanning with Adobe Pro XI into HP Photosmart 7280 scanning fails. What to do?

Hi,

We would like to help you in the issue you are facing. Please share some required information:
1) Acrobat Pro XI Pro version information
2) Operating System
3) Does scanner work fine with other applications like Scanner's own proprietary software, word, etc.
4) What message appears when you try to scan?(screenshot of the same)

You can share the files by uploading them to "https://cloud.acrobat.com/send" and sharing the link generated.
