Bug - Combine files into a single pdf
Acrobat DC's, File>Create>Combine files into a single pdf, will stop working and I will have to quit and re-open Acrobat DC. It will work for a little while and then stop working. I will go to File>Create>Combine files into a single pdf within Acrobat DC, and when I choose two .pdf files to combine the preview will not show for the two files being combined, so I exit the window. Then try to go to File>Create>Combine files into a single pdf again and it plain just doesn't do anything, so it stopped working. A quit and re-open of Acrobat DC fixes the issue temporarily. Keeps happening every time I use this feature. Even after computer sleeps, restarts and shutdown. Using iMac 10.12.5 and the latest version of Acrobat DC. Completely up-to-date.
We are closing this case from our end as there had been no response from your side. Feel free to reopen a new case if you are still facing this issue.
Thanks
Tanvi

Hi Tanvi,
There are no crash files in folder /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/. I get no error messages or popups either. Just stops working and I have to restart Acrobat DC to fix it. I have not uninstalled and reinstalled, this is a pain and I'm sure it will not fix this issue, not to be poo. LOL
Thanks.
