Korean comment does not work properly
I don't know if it happens in languages other than Korean (at least not in English).
If I try to modify a comment, the last character I type is appended at the back.
For example, if I wrote "Hello world" and tried to add "Hi " at the front, last character "i" is added at the back so it becomes "HHello worldi". (This does not happen in English as I said)

Hi @meaggarw, I'm not the reporter but I'm facing the same issue (I have the latest version). Please let me know if there's anything you would like me to elaborate. Maybe I can take a screen footage of the issue.

Hi Ian, can you let us know if you are facing the same issue in the latest release of Acrobat.

It was tested on October 2017, latest version of Windows10 and latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC (latest by the time it had been tested).
I cannot currently test the bug as I have uninstalled the program, but I think it probably has not been fixed. -
