Fix requested: Scanning with HP Pagewide MFP 577dw only allows native interface

Adobe only allows the use of the native interface for the HP Pagewide MFP 577dw. The HP Native Interface is clunky, won't save default settings, and has trouble scanning multipage with automatic document feeder. Adobe worked flawlessly with previous printer. Can you please fix? Thanks!

    Hi Todd,

    Please try the following workaround first.
    - Scan with latest TWAIN drivers(not WIA)
    - Uncheck(if checked) the option "Show scanner's native interface" from scan settings

    If still not resolved, Can you please confirm few thing to let us understand and resolve this issue:
    - Scanner driver you are using.
    - Screenshot of scan settings of Acrobat
