2. Magnifying glass is doesn't work , you can get the blue rectangle but not the window..

A magnifying glass tool that can be used to enlarge a specific area of the PDF

Thanks for reaching out to us for your queries.
With "Magnifying glass" can you please confirm if you mean to say the Find tool in Acrobat used to search any particular word in the pdf content. ?

However, as you are facing this issue, I would request you to kindly send me a snapshot of your blue rectangle window that you are talking about.
