Missing Quick Tools
Steps to reproduce:
Close and re-open Adobe Acrobat. Issue observed after most recent version update. Issue occurs if the Tools Pane isn't shown when Adobe Acrobat starts (View > Show/Hide > Tools Pane).
Environment:
Windows 10 and Windows 7
Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017
Expected result:
Third party quick tool should display based on settings in the Customize Quick Tools options menu.
Observed result:
Third party quick tool missing until the Tools Pane is opened.
It was Implemented so keeping it that way. Resolved may not necessarily mean Implemented.

I'm having this same issue for months now with my Windows 10 64bit - Adobe Acrobat DC 21.007.20099. I can add the quick tools I want and after some random number of open and closings of the program, they all disappear and I have to set them up again. I've uninstalled, deleted all Adobe program files, reinstalled with the same result. No add-ins for Adobe.

I am struggling with this too. it tells me there are no new updates available. How can you take money for software that doesn't work properly? I am using Adobe DC. What am I supposed to do now?

When I right click on the tool bar and get a drop down menu I am missing the "Customize Quick Tools" listed in that drop down menu. How do I find it?
Thanks - Dennis

Hi ,
Thanks for reaching out to us for your concerns.
We have identified the fix here and we have already released another quick update which should eventually fix this issue.Requesting everyone to kindly do "Check for updates" and update to the latest available version of Acrobat.
If that doesn't solve the issue for you, please let me know the version no. of Acrobat that you are using on your machine.
Please Let me know if that helps ?
Thanks

Confirmed in our environment. This is very frustrating for our users as they generally do not want to leave the Tools Pane open by default.
