Everytime I scann something in HiRES , it crashes.
Every time I scan something (usually in HiRes), Adobe crashes. I have had 3 support cases in the past where they reset a bunch of stuff and do a new installation. That only works for a few scans, then the issue comes back.

Never get any reply, so closing this thread as of now.

Please share the settings you use while scanning when the crash happens.Also, Is there any specific resolution above which you experience this crash?
