Can not scan and create a new PDF, have to scan to combine PDF. Give me back Acrobat XI any day!
When I try to scan & create a new PDF file, the program crashes after scanning 9 times out of 10. The only reliable way to scan and create a PDF is to combine it with a blank PDF file.
I'll take Acrobat XI over this time consuming software any day. Unless Adobe is willing to repay me for time lost!
Never get any reply. Closing this thread as of now. We will reopen it if get the required information or an update.

That’s Bull!
I tried to send the files requested, your system couldn’t handle it. No one got back to me with a solution.
The program never worked, and I’ve removed it from our computers and will NEVER buy another Adobe product again and will advise all my clients to look at other brands other than Adobe!

Hi Gary,
You can use the steps below to share the dump:
Steps-
1. Launch your Application
2. Switch to Tool Center view and Open Send & Track
3. Click on “Select Files to Send”
4. A dialog will open from where you can choose the file/s you want to share
5. The workflow page will appear with the file/s to be shared prepopulated
6. Click on Create Link
7. Your Local files will be uploaded to the Document Cloud and a Public Link will be generated
