Document with annotation skips to last page.

The attached 5 page document jumps to the last page skipping four pages. The first page occasionally flashes into view when opening but than seems to disappear.

The document was annotated with Adobe Acrobat X Pro

    It has annotations but you cannot see them as acrobat jumps to the last page.

    Dear User,
    The attached PDF does not have any comment. Could you please check?
    Also Kindly provide the following info so that we can try to reproduce it at our end:
    -Adobe Acrobat version used to view the PDF?
    -System(Win 10/7/8/ Or Mac 10.10/11/12/13)?
    If the issue occurs with specific file?
