Would like ability to add the Snapshot tool to my Quick tools.

Would like ability to add the Snapshot tool to my Quick tools. This was lost when you switched to DC. It is a very handy tool to have at the ready.

How do I add the Snapshot feature to the Quick Tools menu? I don't see it in the list.
