Direct save to Google Drive

Add a direct saving method for saving to Google Drive. Make it identical to save to SharePoint.

Add Google Drive and iCloud to the Add Account section:
-Box
-Dropbox
-OneDrive
-SharePoint Site
-iCloud
-Google Drive
