Bug report - won't print images properly after update.
After updating Acrobat DC won't print images properly, doesn't matter which printer I try, it doesn't work. It will print property from any program accept Acrobat DC.

This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

Please try it out and let us know your feedback.

Oct 8/18 update (19.008.20074) has cleared issues with printing. We're running DC on Windows 10 with a Samsung M2885FW printer. All good. Thank-you!

Note: the redactions were added later; not part of the problem.

Since auto-updating to 2019.008.20071, it no longer prints correctly. It now only prints a portion of the file, such as the bottom 1/5th, or the right hand or left hand 1/8th, etc.. The rest renders blank. See attached.
Downgraded to Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and it prints just fine.Adobe needs to publish the link to the latest FULL 2018 base installer (no update only file).
Also recommend installing without an internet connection (so it won't update) and once Acrobat DC is up and running, uncheck auto-pdate in Preferences.
Please advise ASAP!
Thanks in advance for any assistance. -

I verify the work around.....works. But it's a hassle, and I'm wanting to get the fix from Adobe. Guess I wasn't on the list for the personal testing :/

However when I bring the PDF's into Illustrator and print from there(major pain) they print out just fine. No picture issues.

I am having the same problem. It seems to started happening after the update. It happens to me when I try to print multiple pages on one page. I found that if I print it to my desktop first and open that pdf, it prints all of the items. The only problem, printing to a pdf is not a very fast process.

Hi, can you please send to me as well? msabri@diluigifoods.com.
There is also a work around, when you print you can go under Advanced Settings in the printer window and click 'print as image'. The logo will then print as it is printing a snapshot of the pdf and not the actual pdf. -

@Anonymous...
I'm not using crystal. I created a file in Illustrator and saved as pdf. But our logo is not rendering properly with this new update. That's my situation anyway. -

I am having the same issue. We are creating our PDF from a crystal report. Are you all using crystal?

I also noticed this problem yesterday after the update. It isn't reading a logo in the file correctly and printing it all kinds of crazy. When I went to an old computer that it has not updated yet, it printed correctly. You need to get this worked out asap. I will scan a copy of the print if you want to see what it does.

when open doc blueprints, its not printing everything on page. we try print doc, doc & markups, doc & stamps. nothing works. when we print on smaller konica on 11 x 17 it works fine. already tried actual size and scaled to fit

I just did the update today, October 3, 2018 at around 11:15 am and it is only printing the top portion of the page. Where the header area is.

I might be getting the same issue with this new update. A client of our is having an issue printing an (A4) size document to a Letter size paper. The print job gets cut off about an inch from the top of the document. Sizing of the document look correct, just the top is not printing an is cut off.
