How can I reload my scanned signature - I do not want a digital signature

Well well I am not alone.
Just updated Adobe PC and hey my signature block has gone. Before updating I got the "circle treatment too"
How to I recreate my electronic signature?
do I have to purchase one.
that would be a pain given previous versions of Adobe had the facility to create a signature. -

Yep. I am having the same problem. When I try to enter the signature, all I get is the rotating circle.
