My toolbar settings were wiped out after recent update.
Why aren't the toolbars for Acrobat DC Creative Cloud version synced across all of my computers?

@Timothy would suggest you to update to the latest version of acrobat using Help-> check for updates. If still continues for you let me know the OS versions you have on both the system where you are facing the issue.

Yes, both computers are signed in with the same user ID.
