SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have just wasted AT LEAST two hours of my time that will never come back trying to find a way to use the CD i bought some time ago and was told that i could download another version of it with a new attached serial number that would allow it to work although it is old.
Long story short ......hours of time waiting, inefficient language skills from customer service reps and in the final analysis a piece of software that definitely no longer works and that is known by you but not mentioned to customers. It is not the fact that the software cant be used BUT that you let me waste my time trying something that is ineffective. GET A GRIP GROW SOME GENITALIA AND PROVIDE SERVICE THAT IS AT LEAST ADEQUATE PREFERABLY EXCEPTIONAL. DON'T WASTE PEOPLES TIME AND MOST OF ALL LIFT YOUR GAME!!!!!!!!

Would you please let us know which application installer CD you have? And what is the name and version of the operating system on the machine you have? Since there is no mention of the application installer CD you have it is really hard for us to comment on your issue, please provide us more details about it.-Tariq

I wish to cancel my free trial because it is not working for me and what I need, which is some very simple things, thought I would look into this but I don't like it. Didn't take long to find out. Would be paying $16.04 a month for something I would not use, just like Amazon Prime, paid for it and never used it till the very last day before new expiration was in effect. What a joke that was. Don't need it and don't want Acrobat DC, please cancel. Thank you
