Starting this week running Adobe Acrobat 2017.011.30190. When clicking File-->Save as Adobe PDF in Office 365 apps get this error message Adobe Acrobat PDF maker unable to find Adobe PDF resource files. Must have Administrative privileges to install these files. Have uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled. Have run Quick repair on Office 365. This is now happening on at least three PCs in our environment.

I have multiple machines that after they upgraded to 2017.011.30190 the PDFmaker for OUTLOOK will no longer load. The PDFmaker for Word still loads, but when you try to use it you are notified that resources cannot be found. This is after a complete removal of Acrobat 2017 and then running the two updates that happen when you use the help menu.

The most recent update (came out on Feb. 9th) that Adobe put out for their Adobe 2017 product messed up the Adobe PDF converter integration in Office products (word, excel, etc). users are getting the error: "Unable to find 'Adobe PDF' resource files. 'Adobe PDFMaker'. The only way to fix it is to roll back to v17.011.30188

Hi
Please ensure that your Office and Acrobat are updated to latest version.
Can you share following information:
1. What happens when you convert the file from Acrobat ribbon in Word?
2. What is the behavior with other Office apps like PowerPoint and Excel?
Can you try troubleshooting steps mentioned here and let us know if that works for you?
Thanks

I have Acrobat DC and pay monthly. I download the programme from the the site. Every time I want to use the programme to convert a pdf file to Office Word it ask me to purchase the Acrobat DC programme and provide the serial number. I only have the e-mail address as below and my login heinrichm70951976 with password.
