@Tariq it would seriously help if you took this seriously and read through the issue. The problem is not resolved. That's our problem adobe isn't listening to their customers, and its clear support isn't either.
We are requesting a feature update for automated invoice emailing, which is easy enough to do. I'm sick of having to go monthly to get an invoice for my boss for expense reports.
We are already well aware of how to get to the invoices currently. It's frustrating and irritating that support would respond in this manner.
@Tariq Sorry, I don't think you understand the problem. We would all like the email with the PDF attachment to happen automatically. Not that every month we have to log into adobe.com and find it to email.
My accounts department needs the PDF emailed to them every month. So every month I have to go to adobe.com, find the link and click it. Then I get the email and forward it to them.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have this help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/print-creative-cloud-invoice.html which explains the steps, "How to find invoice on your account".

Same here. I guess I stopped liking Adobe a while ago. The software is mostly good, the service? What service? Even the simpliest task of all to send invoices out via email is too much for them. The company? Eaten by greed. I wanted to remove one of my licences which I did not need anymore, it was not possible to do this online and I had to spend one hour on the phone to have it removed by the "support".

I must say, we DO get an email each month telling us our invoice is available, they just don't attach the invoice. This means that our Managing Director (subscriber) has to log in each month and retrieve it and send it to our accounts department. VERY frustrating, especially considering that Adobe USED TO ATTACH A COPY OF THE INVOICE TO THE EMAIL. This meant that all that had to be done was to forward the invoice to the accounts department.
This is incredibly unethical on Adobe's part. This is nothing but a dark UX pattern to ensure Adobe continues to take subscription fees from those who forget they have a subscription.
While this issue is minor in the grand scheme of things it speaks to the values (or lack there of) at Adobe and I will be exploring alternate products.
I am thinking of using a pre-paid visa card and put no money on it so Adobe can email the reason why the transaction did not work. I can then put money on the card to complete the transaction. At least I will get an email monthly.
On the CC Preference page it has an option to get notified for Account-related notifications.
"Adobe occasionally needs to send transactional emails related to your account, like billing issues and security alerts. You’ll receive these at your primary email address. You can also choose to receive SMS notifications to help you stay updated."
So, Adobe can send me an email if they think there is an issue with my bill but can't send an email so I have my bill!
Oral, I have not received a message like you have, and had to retrieve my invoice manually.
This is the number one issue I have with using CC - oh and that Fireworks was removed :(

PLEASE Adobe, send us the PDF invoice attached to an email when you process payments.
It is standard nowadays.
It seems there may have been a step towards this.
I received a notification that payment has been processed and a preview of the invoice.
At least it reminds me to go retrieve the invoice and send it to Accounting.
Hopefully this will progress to the invoice being attached to such notifications.
Just do it - surely can't be that difficult. Why make your customers look up their invoices online? - this is 2021 you know.
Please do this!
Something that people need to understand is that the reason this isn't a feature has nothing to do with them "figuring it out". Adobe has some amazing programmers and web designers, and this would be simple to add in. It's not a feature simply because they don't need to add it.
The problem is that by adding this feature, Adobe would lose money from all of the people who would be reminded that they have a subscription. Probably a decent amount of people have CC subscriptions that auto-pay and they don't even remember they're paying. If Adobe started emailing out invoices, a lot of those subscriptions would get cancelled. So they're not going to spend developer time on a feature that would very likely cause them to lose money.
If there was more competition in this space, they might have more pressure to change it, but no company is going to drop photoshop from their procedures because they don't get an emailed invoice.
An additional frustration is that I'm almost positive they used to do this but stopped. I know they'll still email automatically if you have a VAT number so it's still possible, they're just choosing not to.
Call all your Adobe users and friends to vote for this feature! It is really bad to catch the invoices manually every time. Like many people said.... it is 2021!!! Where is the problem to send us the invoices via mail??? We do it every day for our customers like normal. PLEASE push this post!
@ Adobe: Please help us to safe time and money!
Email your transactions like every normal company in the world.
One more vote for monthly emailed invoice.
Having to log on and dig for each invoice (sometimes multiple forgotten invoices) to send to Accounting is painful.
Surely we would get an emailed invoice or payment request if payment was not automatically deducted.
This was originally posted in 2017, in 2018 it was placed "Under Review." Absolutely shocking disregard for customer experience.
This is my only subscription service that does not send me a receipt every time they charge my card.
