Comment Status: Working, not working, working, not working
For the last two weeks or since the last "visible" Acrobat Pro update, the Comment Set Status flyouts don't show up at all (but sometimes they do). Turning on the check box in the app preferences does not "wake up" the feature (an idea of mine that did not work ...besides, trying to toggle the check box is also dead). I had posted this problem here already (see below) but the Admin, Arvind, marked it "solved" because I told him it was... but it was not.
This issue seems to show up intermittently; sometimes, it resolves itself after relaunching the app but, most times, that does not do anything at all. Reinstalling the app does not help either. Last week, on Thursday, no problem, then back on Friday, and still here on Monday.
So, Arvind, this is not solved at all.

I completely understand the frustration with the Comment Set Status flyouts – it's disheartening when an issue persists despite efforts to resolve it. Technical glitches can be quite the puzzle to solve. It reminds me of the strategic challenges I encounter in my favorite game, Stick War. Just like tackling a complex issue, navigating the game's intricacies requires a sharp and problem-solving mindset. Oddly enough, when I find myself stuck on a problem with Acrobat Pro, taking a break to play https://stickwarapk.download/ seems to shake loose those mental knots. It's like a reset button for the mind, providing a fresh perspective when I return to troubleshooting. Have you ever found unconventional ways to reset and refocus when faced with persistent challenges?

Thanks for your suggestion, Arvind! The issue was alive and well this morning so I followed your instructions: complete success. (Incidentally, related to a certain team "next doors", launching Acrobat and then opening a PDF is what I usually do as I see "problems" if I launch the app from a PDF so, I don't do that anymore. The same thing happens with InDesign. If I launch the app from an .indd file... Not a "happy thing". Coincidence? Conspiracy? ... ;-). Thanks again. I'm sure your team will be able to fix the issue.
