live search of partials for font selection
I would like the font selectors in adobe products to be more like a search menu, the code for doing "Live Search" is very simple so if i type "ari" all arial fonts will show up in the short list.

Modify/Delete Portfolio Metadata
It does not seem possible to edit Portfolio's metadata it gathers when converting outlook PST files. The From, To, CC, and BCC fields may contain confidential email addresses under Texas law, and there does not appear to be a way to remove/edit/redact that metadata. Currently, we must extract the PDFs from Portfolio and then re-combine them. However, when doing so, we lose the order of the emails unless more manual labor is used, since the date of each email is also lost. Being able to remove/edit/redact confidential email addresses would make a huge positive impact on governmental entities being able…

Stop annoying Quick Actions popup editor in Adobe Acrobat
Please please please allow turning OFF that annoying editing popup that appears constantly in the way of my editing. It is unnecessary and time consuming to deal with. A BAD idea—get rid of it.

Text Add Tool Reversed
i was adding text to a PDF via the Add Text tool. it suddenly started to type backwards and across the page with large gaps between the letters. i restarted my computer and the problem persisted in the same file. i did nothing to change the settings when this happened--it was 100% spontaneous. i had no way to undo this bug and i had to create a new document to get it to stop.

Redaction not working properly
This expensive piece of software really is often total garbage. Gone through redacting information from 52 pages, applied it and the thing spazzes out and puts black lines everywhere that wasn't even selected.
What the ****?
Thought, ah, must just be something tricky with the PDF so I printed to PDF to flatten it, did it again and it just got worse!

Allow Custom Creation of the "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" Links in SharePoint Online
With Adobe Cloud Integration, we are able to one click to edit and save changes to PDFs directly back to SharePoint libraries. However, there is no way for us to programmatically create these links. This means that I can't create a hyperlink in any SharePoint provider hosted add-ins, and users are forced to click multiple times in order to make changes to to PDFs that are stored in SharePoint libraries. Further worsening the problem, if the user opens the PDF in the Adobe browser extension it saves a copy to their Adobe Document cloud instead of back to the SharePoint…

Too many fonts
I don't create or edit PDFs very often, but when I do, finding the right font is frustrating. First, you can't tell what they look like because they all look the same in your list. Please make them show up in the list like they would look in the document. Second, I only use a few fonts. Let me prioritize the list so my most used fonts show first. I have the subscription Acrobat DC Pro running on an M1 based iMac and an iPad Pro, in case it makes a difference in what features are available between platforms.

Editing on pdfs has always been clunky but now my space bar on my new Macbook Pro doesn't work at all while editing!!!
Adobe should adopt similar editing capabilities found on Microsoft Word & PPT to their PDFs. Very cumbersome to edit pdfs now and, with my new MacBook Pro 14", my space bar doesn't function at all when editing text on pdfs!!

No ability to add lines, boxes, etc.
Why don't I have the ability to fully edit documents? I have no way of adding any drawing objects like lines, circles, boxes, etc. I am paying $15.89 per month, It seems like I would be able to fully edit a document with a group of basic tools ($15.89 x 12 = $190.68 per year)

Completely Useless Software for Editing
This software is completely useless for editing pdfs. It glitches on all my computers and makes the worker frustrated and rightfully think that Adobe should do a much better job than they have in this context. You claim to be amongst the best software companies, so let your products demonstrate your claim!

W keyboard shortcut should work to insert text - please bring this shortcut back from Acrobat 11
"W" keyboard shortcut should work to insert text. I used this every day in Acrobat 11 and was dumbfounded when I "upgraded" to DC and it was gone. Acrobat is much less useful to me (and anyone else who annotates documents for a living) without Ctrl+W, and there's no workaround in DC. There's no way I can be the only one with this problem.

Can't consistently paste png image into PDF correctly
We can't paste a .png image from one PDF document to another one correctly at all. We have these seals that we want to paste in the same place on several pages of a PDF, and usually when we do this the pasted image has a different size, is in a different location on the page, and worst the transparent background of the image gets turn to black basically. This used to work fine in Adobe Acrobat Pro X. How can this work in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

Global replace of text in data fields of a form.
I simply want the global find-and-replace functionality found in most word processors to work on a PDF form. I have a 129-page application form in pdf format. It asks questions in form fields to which I respond in data fields. I wish to do a global replace of text in the data fields (say to change a name of a person/organisation). To do so, I have to take several steps which have very undesirable side-effects. I have to flatten the file. Preview Fonts in Drop-down List
I've just started using Adobe Acrobat DC, continuous release. I noticed when editing a document, if I select the drop down list of fonts, all of them show the exact same font type in the list. This is really unhelpful, because I don't know what any will look like.
This leaves me with two options. One, choose a font, see what it looks like, and keep it; or if I don't like it go back, click the drop down list, and re-scroll all the way through to find the next font in line and try that one. If I don't…

Make it possible to select and object/objects and export them as separate images or files.
Say you have a logo in a document that is made up of shapes and you want to export only that logo as a png for example. You can't do that now and I wish that was an option.1 vote
