  1. JPEG export improvements for "Save file as" option

    Hi, can you create an option to choose which format to choose by default using the "Save file as" command. Because I often have to export a jpeg format and have a quick button for the "Save file as", but every time I have the drop-down menu in the dialog I choose the JPEG format. Just add an option to choose the default format when using the option, so anyone can use it for most export formats. Or just remember the last selected format every time you use "Save file as

  3. Selecting Items

    When editing converted graphics files it is difficult to select multi-layered items. Going through layers is an option, but much time is lost clicking on each path layer trying to find the right item. If a selection could locked or hidden much time could be saved in accessing the desired item.

  5. editing pdf and question mark boxes

    I have been editing a PDF without problem, and now all of the sudden, I have a question mark in a box, littered throughout my PDF. It seems to occur over the letter T. It also won't let me into the text box to edit any more.

    Working on a large project with a tight deadline, with hours in the project already..

  6. When I go to change/update/remove headers, pages disappear

    Running Mac 10.11.6 and Acrobat Pro and when I go to change or update or remove the headers, I lose random pages within my document. I've tried updating the headers, removing the headers and adding headers and it nothing works. HELP.

  7. Adobe acrobat no usable any more... Sorry!!

    Your program hangs and struggle all the times when it opens a document. It take a time to open a document at the point it is making it unusable.

    It is not a great deal to open a pdf file, why Acrobat reader take a lot of time to open a file?

    Please make a performance update.

  8. Editing Issues

    Recently when I edit a PDF the first time, the fonts are fine. It is only after I have saved the PDF to my computer and then tried to reopen that same PDF to edit. This is where the problem occurs. I am only able to add text in some jibberish language and not the Arial font already set on the PDF. What is the fix to this as it's very frustrating??

    Another issue is after making substantial edits to the doc, the system then crashes and the file has to be closed and reopened in like a save mode.

  9. files skipped during full text index not logged or displayed

    During a full text index of over 2,000 files, a number of them are skipped. The error briefly appears in the index window, but when the process is complete that window only shows the last part of the processing and truncates the earlier messages. I turned on the preference to log errors to a file, but DC does not output those errors to a log file. How am I supposed to know which files were not indexed?

  10. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2015 (2015 Release (Classic) | Version 2015.006.30417) crashes when I try to edit a PDF on Windows 7

    Hi,

    I have the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and it always crash when I try to edit a PDF. Always appear the message "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working".

    I tried the fixes below but they was not solve the problem:

  11. Crashes on editing files - every time

    Every time I try to edit any pdf file Acrobat constantly crashes.
    The problem arised after last update of Acrobat Pro.

    Acrobar Pro Version 2018.011.20035
    Win10 Pro x64

    PDF editing in Acrobat environment is crucial for our workflow.

  13. I am not able to join two PDF's to one, I have tried online but is giving an error.

    I am using a online version of Combine PDF "https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf" is giving an error after uploading the PFD's I am not able to see the download button instead it is giving a popup. Please see the attached Image..

  14. Color Highlight text dont work properly

    In Swedish:
    I mitt jobb uppmanar vi kunder att aldrig använda pratbubblor som korrkommentarer då inte visar exakt var text ska korrigeras och flyttar på sig beroende på skärmförstoring.

    När man använder verktyget "färgmarkera text" gulmarkeras mer än det man markerat, oftast tecknet till höger också.
    Det ser jag som en bugg. Se bifogad pdf där paranteserna ser ut att vara markerade och avslutande punkt likaså, trots att jag inte makerat dem.

  15. More shape images

    Add more shape images like triangle and tons more, it is very difficult to add images in Pro other than the VERY FEW. Include basic sizing functions like sizing, skewing, and all the other basic type shape editing in many software titles.

  17. Shared file notifications showing when someone is already editing a document

    I am needing a way to have a notification pop up upon entering a document letting me know if someone is already in the pdf and editing. As it stands now, the only notification you get is when you are finished editing and ready to save. At this point neither individuals can save their changes unless someone closes out without saving changes to allow the other to save.

  18. Compare two PDF's by content alone. Ignore page order

    Hi,

    It'd be nice if there's an option that let's us compare the two files even when the page orders of the 2nd pdf does NOT match with the 1st.

    Eg: PDF 1 : Page 1 : 'First alphabets' "a,b,c,b,d,e"
    Page 2: 'Next alphabets' "f,g,h,i,j"

      PDF 2: Page 1  : 'Next alphabets'         "f,g,h,i,j"
              Page 2  : 'First alphabets'          "a,b,c,d,e"

    This options can let us know that the page orders are different but the content matches 100%.

  19. Auto rearrange pages

    Say I have two PDFs with same/almost same content. The 2nd PDF is the revised one but page orders are different due to some reason. Now, if there was an option that compares the two files and rearranges the 2nd PDF's pages exactly like the 1st by comparing titles or line by line content, then I don't have to manually arrange it. It makes it easier to review.

    Scenario 1 :
    If the 2nd PDF has 'more' pages than the 1st (the content doesn't exist in 1st), then all pages but these extra pages should be rearranged and these pages…
