Can't Signin/Signout of Acrobat DC Pro
This is a bug report, no a feature request or idea. Asking people to clear cookies & cache is a productivity nightmare. I don't even know if that will work. For whatever reason, Adobe logs me out and won't allow me to log back in. It says my subscription has expired when it hasn't; verified in a support chat. I can do so for the Adobe website, but not the interface that opens PDF's nor the cloud for Adobe. Clearing cache & cookies causes me to have to log back into too many websites I do business with or pleasure…

Show file path in the tooltip of the file name tab
As described in the title, it would be nice to have the file path in the tooltip of the file tab. It helps to easily recognize where the file is.

Fluent Icon design for Microsoft Office add-ins on Windows
The Acrobat section in Microsoft Word's ribbon uses icons that do not match the native design on Windows or Microsoft Office. A new icon set would look nice. It's just a few icons, so it would not be a lot of work.

Classic version: Add "Always use filename as document title" option
Many of our form users have the Classic version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and they are unhappy with the recent change that forces the document title to display, rather than the file name. Unlike my Continuous version, they have the Classic version and it does not have the option to change that display setting: They are missing this checkbox in their preferences: Documents>Open Settings>Always use filename as document title (checkbox)
Adobe Support confirmed there is no ETA for if/when this feature will be added to the Classic version. We'd really like to see it added so our users can…

PDF Access - 'Copy Hyperlink' in Context Menu!
Hello,
Can we please have 'Copy Hyperlink' made available to Adobe Reader, in the Context Menu for hyperlinks in a PDF? Similar to how Microsoft Office does this, or just about everyone else I find it cumbersome and annoying to not have that. For example today I had to log out of my Google account in Firefox to test a hyperlink, in your doc I wanted to open in Chrome grrrrrr....

More Contrast Acrobat Bookmark Icon - Make the 'ribbon icon' more prominent for the selected page.
Rather than having the bookmark icon for the selected page 'slightly darker' give it higher contrast for easier navigation - see image

Advanced search not available unless a document is open
Previously, you could just open Acrobat and do an advanced search and select a folder to search, without having an actual PDF open. Now, advanced search is greyed out unless you have a doc open, even if you are not going to search the document, but rather a folder. What's the point of making users open a pdf when they don't want to search a single file?

iPad OS: Darkmode - turn off black & white mode on images
If you're using the darkmode, all the images turning to black and white. It is unpractical if you're reading a paper with some color-coded diagrams in it.
Suggestion: implement an option, do change the behavior of the darkmode.2 votes -
"Get a Link" button has been disabled for Portfolios and is causing a lot of frustration
The "Get a Link" button has been disabled for Portfolios as of a recent update. Myself and many others in the legal field were using this feature. Also, disabling the "Get a Link" button makes no sense because the " Share with Others" button still works and can cause the same confusion for the person trying to download the portfolio. I understand that you had problems with people having trouble downloading the portfolio, but this attempted fix isn't a good solution. Instead, you should provide more help on the download page, which as of now, just says to download Adobe…

Is there a way to revert back to acrobat 11. This DC is clunky and slow.
I use ctrl = scroll wheel to scroll and space bar to pan. when i am finished i would like a shortcut...(like ctrl+shft=W) to leave the pdf at the whole page view. I need to be able to review large design plans, markup, and navigate quickly. I can't do this anymore. It use to be so clean and precise. Now its bloated and balooning like a cartoon, and does not seem to function well. If anyone has any secret tips to navigate large pdfs lightning quick while making edits, please let me know.

Vertical Tabs
Copy Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome's vertical tabs feature for open documents. I often have many tabs open and documents which have been saved or named similarly - especially the first few letters of the filename. This makes navigating between documents difficult because you can't see enough of the file name or title. You have to remember them based on the position of the tabs (which of course changes as you add tabs).
Also, I would like to be able to edit the file name or the file title directly from the tab, even with the document open.

customize menu
The uselessness of the chopped up methodology to customize the quick menu is ridiculous. It would be much simpler if you adopted a process similar to that in Excel. Just where the h3ll is the zoom icon hiding.

Make the save button available even if no change to the document
Part of our workflow is to save pdfs even if there is no change so that it updates the file modified date. Currently we have to make a small undesired change to make save available.

Acrobat (and all derivative applications) should have a file Refresh/Reload command & shortcut
…Acrobat (and all its derivatives & applications) desperately need a "Reload" or "Refresh" command for the currently selected .PDF document. Not only may the document have changed without notice on the server without a semaphore lock on the file, but also Acrobat applications can and do frequently run into some kind of file reading problem, such as temporarily disconnected server, timed-out internet connection, corrupted connection, or not enough memory at the moment. Who knows why these issues weren't accounted for in Acrobat's development, but because of these issues, it seems very short-sighted from the development side to not have included

Give users better control of UI
I open many PDFs every day that are created by multiple people in multiple different ways. Every. Single. Time I open a PDF, the bookmarks bar pops up, even if it's a single page document with no bookmarks. Also, whenever I have hidden the tools or anything else (F8 and F9), opening a new document brings all that stuff up. That means every time I open a document, I have to click 4 extra times to get rid of all the garbage so I can just see the document. Can you please just give us some preferences to never or…

MacOS Acrobat Pro DC: please add ability to specify default save location, or reduce the number of steps required to specify a save location
MacOS Acrobat Pro DC: please add ability to specify default save location, or reduce the number of steps required to specify a save location. As of now, every time I want to save a file, I have to go through the following rigmarole:
SAVE --> CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FOLDER --> [SPECIFY TOP LEVEL FOLDER] --> [SPECIFY SUBFOLDER]
I literally need to save my files in the same place, EVERY SINGLE TIME. The folder is the downloads folder. However, that will never ever ever ever be in the initial list of folders I am presented to choose from. The initial list…

Stop showing pop ups about features after I have clicked them off a few times
Every day I have to click off a pop up about sharing my work. I appreciate that I have been notified of a cool feature, but this should stop showing up after 3 times or maybe be put on a 6 month timer if you really feel like I need a reminder again.
