Lockdown to remove the "Request e-signatures"
Please provide a lockdown registry entry to remove the "Request e-signatures" advert box at the bottom of the tools sidebar, as an enterprise we do not want users to access this feature.

+ Create menu
Acrobat Reader has about 1/2" between the "+ Create" button and the "..." button - that's the most readily available place to grab the window to move it around on the desktop. The current implementation has a couple of problems: 1) the "+ Create" menu is CONSTANTLY posting a menu that obscures the 1/2" of window banner where you can grab and move the window, almost always NOT being what I wanted. Can we get rid of that button altogether, perhaps moving that functionality into the 'hamburger' main menu button? It's SUPER irritating to be forced into making two or…

Can we STOP with the toxic popups???
so i don't know why, but recently, a new popup appears when i open Adobe because apparently i'm not paying enough per month to have a truly professional experience. according to this popup, i can't allow anyone else to use my account but i am allowed to use it on two devices. i have it signed in on two devices: my computer and my cell phone. but no - i could not for the life of me (and I took 3yrs computer information systems in college) figure out how to kill the popup. so fine: i followed the prompts to…

search
It would be really great to have a search function that can actually function. Please, forget this AI add-on stuff, and just work on good basic functions for your PDF reader. I'd like to be able to switch between a 2-up view with scrolling without having to REPEATEDLY go through several layers of menu. I would never use Reader if I didn't have to for work: it's awful. Bloated, cluttered, awkward, and basic functions work badly or not at all.

BUG: Disabling scrolling gives "Bad Parameter"
I have "Enable scrolling for all view types" pinned to the right side panel. Whenever I deactivate scrolling by clicking that button, and then try to click the up or down arrow to toggle through pages, I get a "Bad Parameter" error. It always happens when clicking the up or down arrow, and will occasionally happen as soon as I deactivate the button. It does not happen if I use the keyboard to toggle up or down.

Request for Customizable Bookmarks Tool Panel Placement in Adobe Acrobat
Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to share my frustration with the current version of Adobe Acrobat, specifically regarding the inability to move tool panels—such as the Bookmarks panel—to the left side or other locations within the application window. In previous versions, the placement of the Bookmarks panel and tools was on the left (which makes sense to be on the left), and it is essential for my daily workflow and productivity to keep it on the left. The recent interface changes have switched sides of all the tools, and now the Bookmarks panel is fixed on the right…

Acrobat interface ergonomics
I come from a prepress background, where many professionals stayed with Acrobat 9 for years because Acrobat X and everything that followed felt much less professional and, above all, far less ergonomic.
Since I now have no choice but to use the current Acrobat, I would like to ask for one basic improvement: please reconsider the placement of panels and tools, or at least allow users to freely rearrange them.
Page-related controls such as page numbers, page navigation, zoom, and similar tools should not be forced into the bottom-right corner, while thumbnails, layers, and other panels are placed far away…

Saving Files Popup Shrinks every time i save a file...
2 Things, when doing CTRL+S the save a PDF popup comes up where i can select where I want to save the Popup, which then just opens the Windows UI where i have to select the location again! This is super annoying! Why do I need to select it twice!
2nd thing, the First Popup that is part of the Adobe software, continually gets smaller every time you save a file, so every time I save it shrinks about 15% until its completely unusable without having to resize it... so what I do is make it take up the ENTIRE…

CTRL+C & CTRL+V DOES NOT WORK!
There is not much to say except what is in the title: CTRL+C & CTRL+V DOES NOT WORK!
If I want to copy some data from pdf I need to do right click and then click again to copy. This is slowing me down terribly. I think I will cancel my subscription and move to alternatives.2 votes -
June 11th Update Flaw
After the newest update, the left side pane does not have options. I have several users in the office that noticed it yesterday. I did a fresh install, opened a document and the options were there. When I open a second document the options vanished from use. We can only add to the toolbar then use the functions. For example, selecting Organize Pages, when the edit menu opens the options are no longer there. The blurry screenshot below shows the pane before breaking, the clear screenshot is the pane without options after latest update.

2026 Update: Adobe, every iteration of Acrobat gets worse and worse
Offer two user interfaces for Adobe subscribers. One can be a simple interface for opening files, saving files, finding and using tools, all the important things for people who don't need all the ****.
The second user interface can be the crapware that has more garbage on it than functional features.
Who needs 60 Acrobat templates? That's what Word is for. The AI must be powered by Meta because its results are somewhere between illiterate, inaccurate or sixth grade.
I know, it's so important before the bubble explodes to have AI on everything from toilet paper to Acrobat's interface. But…

Ctrl+F title bar focus bug
If you insist on having a search box in the title bar that constantly opens up on CTRL+F instead of the find window that works, COULD YOU MAKE IT ACTUALLY SEARCH THE DOCUMENT?

Allow search in my document ONLY, not tools
When I'm searching my document I don't want to see results for Acrobat tools.
In the image I'm looking for occurences of "v1" and don't see a single result, but see tools help. I'm almost NEVER looking for for that. It's a great capability but not all the time.

Add multi-tab support to keep multiple PDFs open simultaneously
As a researcher who frequently cross-references multiple PDF documents, I find it tedious to keep switching between separate Acrobat windows. A tabbed interface, similar to how modern browsers handle multiple tabs, would let me switch between open PDFs with a single click. This would also reduce memory usage compared to opening multiple full Acrobat instances and make the overall reading workflow much smoother.

Improve search to highlight matches inside PDF content
When using Ctrl+F to search a PDF, the matching words are highlighted in yellow, but once I click elsewhere the highlight disappears and I lose my place. I would like the option to keep search highlights visible while scrolling, similar to how browser PDF viewers work. Additionally, a search sidebar showing all occurrences with context would make navigating large documents much faster.

Add support for PDF layers in the reader view
Many technical PDFs, especially engineering drawings and CAD exports, contain multiple layers that can be toggled on and off. Currently, Acrobat Reader has no way to control layer visibility in the basic reader view—users must switch to the Pro editor. I would like a layer panel in the Reader sidebar so non-Pro users can show or hide specific content layers without needing to upgrade, making complex technical documents much more accessible.
