  1. Acrobat previously had an option to have buttons for "Preview View" (using a left arrow icon) and "Next View" (using a right arrow icon). This is no longer the case in the new user interface. Please allow this to be added to the customizable toolbar. Thank you.

  2. Fichier ouvert dans 2 fenêtres.
    1 page contient un problème et l'autre page contient la solution "à l'envers".
    Si on fait une rotation sur la 2ème page, celle-ci s'effectue AUSSI à tort sur la 1ère page.

  3. Your new UI sucks. I'm sure you guys are proud of yourselves for starting with a clean sheet and reimagining the UI, but it's like a QWERTY keyboard. Everyone is trained in a standard UI language, and yours departs from the standard SO much that it's impossible to use.

    And your subscription costs a fortune, making the traditional UI of something like Foxit or PowerPDF so much more attractive. Not sure how much longer I'll last fumbling around your clunky UI.

  4. The new "intuitive" layout is HORRIBLE. I do not understand what your motivation was for changing literally everything and moving things around to random locations. It makes no sense whatsoever.

  5. Often times I need to rename files. Windows explorer changes correctly. However, the display name in Adobe still has the old name. This is extremely confusing when multiple files are open. I often review different versions of the same file and the names will pop up the same and is very hard to keep straight. This has happened for quite some time and with different versions of Adobe.

  6. when combining 2 or more open files, when clicking to close one of them, the other will close too.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. open 2 pdf files
    2. 'combine files into a single PDF' (combine open files) -> you will have file1, file2, Binder1
    3. click X to close file1 ->
    -> file1 and file2 will both close.
    Expected:
    only file1 closed.

  7. Screen almost constantly freezes, when I open acrobat, when I want to scroll, when I want to quit the software... It's awful!

  8. This needs to be massively cleaned up. Tools don't work intuitively, workflow is choppy at best. Understand new functionality is being added, but, the smooth fit-for-purpose flow the older versions had where you can get in and out, get your job done is massively broken so badly that we all actively avoid using the tool as much as possible until we have absolutely no choice. It feels like it's trying to become a destination that sinks a massive amount of time. I want my tools to be quick, easy, efficient and get out of them and on with my core…

  9. When you have multiple tabs opened they consume all free space in the upper bar and you can't grab the window with mouse and drag it somewhere else on the screen.

  10. PLEASE....please.....don't ever disable or fail to support the "Disable New Acrobat" in View. The new interface is awful and there is no real support for it. Took me a half-hour to figure out "find and replace" and still didn't get it to work well. Stamps are in a bad place.

    All ok as long as this isn't forced on us until a LARGE volume of help and online answers to questions builds up...like in 2026.

  11. Seriously...in the middle of working I get slapped with a "new" look on my PDFs! ALL my customized toolbars are gone! No more controls at the top...they are magically and permanently moved to the right side...optional tools on the left.... nothing is where I WANT IT!!! JUST...WHY?!?!?!?!?! Why fix something that wasn't broken? Why not leave it up to the user to have more control of the interface? Why be like Microsoft? By the way, the "disable new acrobat" is useless and only wants me to restart the program only to have some pop up bar show up at the…

  12. I'm a big user of keyboard shortcuts, and I always end up customizing shortcuts in every app that I use frequently. The Adobe apps have always made this easy to do, EXCEPT in Acrobat. There is no option to customize at all. I have been learning about making and editing accessible documents, and I find it so irritating that I have to go into menus for frequently used commands that do not have a shortcut ("Find Tag from Selection" for example) . It disrupts the efficiency of the workflow. Please, please enable this feature in a future update!

  13. Change shortcut for zoom in zoom out to Strg+ and Strg-

    Please make an option to change the zoom in and zoom out back to normal.
    I still have no idea why you changed the shortcuts Strg+ and Strg-, that work in nearly every application that has a zoom function to Strg1 and Strg0. And why is there no option to change the shortcuts in acrobat?

  14. I have reverted to the original for now, but if forced to permanently switch to the new look, I will stop paying for it. Not sure how rearranging everything and hiding some tools is supposed to make thing more efficient. I don't think I have ever witnessed such a terrible "update" to any program ever. My idea is to fire whoever's idea it was to do the redesign.

  15. This is a bug, not a request - although I am indirectly asking for the search feature to be better.

    Your search feature just doesn't work. The attached is a great example.

  16. Why does anyone at Adobe think it's a good idea to move everything around and make it more difficult to keep workflow going? The new interface is not intuitive and causes me to spend way more time just trying to figure out where the tools went than it actually takes to do whatever I need to do. This is not good. In fact, I'd say I absolutely hate it. From the rest of the comments I see about the same thing, I would say I'm not alone in this!

    Why, Adobe? Just why!!!!!!!!!

  17. Your new "internet/mobile friendly" interface being forced on desktop users is bad customer service. It makes me seriously consider using/purchasing a competitor's product and never coming back to Adobe.

  18. I'm just going to stop using adobe. The new interface makes what I wan't to do impossible and frustrating. Go back to the older interface and check with your users before making untested and badly designed changes. Mac Preview for me from now.

  19. Just stop constantly redesigning everything to make work for your designers. You've switched everything from one side to another made things harder to find or have just made icons that no one knows what they mean. It just means everyone has to relearn the program every single time. All it does is waste time. Have you ever heard of the adage "If it ain't broke don't fix it"?

  20. As user-based license do not allow sign in on more than 2 devices at once, user should be automatically sign out from one of the previous devices while signing in the new device. For user using different devices or VMs frequently due to business needs getting a prompt and then sign out from previous device is more draining as well as time consuming. While signing in on new device, if it signs out user from previous device which had the oldest last launched, then signing in new device will be smoother for user.
