  1. Search in Acrobat causes unbounded increases in memory usage.

    Observed result: each search allocates additional memory and that memory remains allocate until I close the file in which the search was run or close and re-start Acrobat.

    Expected result: after a search is closed, the memory allocation returns to what it was before the search ran.

    Expected result: each successive search does NOT result in additional memory being allocated.

    Expected result: when files are closed, all memory allocated by acrobat should be released.

  2. Bug! Cannot resize Acrobat DC Pro Javascript debugger window.

    All content used to fit inside window.

    Now on a 2560x1440 32" monitor, I can only see the script list, and part of the script window, but not the script and console window without scrolling... alot.

    No, the bottom right corner drag does not resize the contents... only the window which makes the problem worse.

  3. it's frustrating to 'see' the list of Bookmarks that I cannot export or copy into plain text. I need to search each of those items in our image database and I'm forced to do them one-by-one. Why can't I just copy/paste? I can 'see' exactly what I need, but I can't copy it and use it in a timely manner. One-by-one is AWFUL.

  4. When opening the attached PDF Acrobat DC on Windows and Mac don't display the image. Sometimes they also report an error: There was an error while reading a stream. I haven't been able to reliably get it to report that error.

    To reproduce open the PDF in Acrobat DC. There should be a large photo filling the page. Instead the image isn't loaded and the background is white. If you load the PDF in any other PDF viewer you will see the image.

    Reproduced in MacOS 12.3.1 and Acrobat DC 2022.001.20112 and Windows 10 running Acrobat DC.

  5. To eliminate out this possibility, make sure you're running the most recent version of the YouTube app.

    If it isn't, you must edit it: If you have an Android smartphone, you can check whether the YouTube app needs to be updated by going to the Google Play Store app > hamburger button > My apps & games.

  6. The cancellation fees are extremely excessive! I used this product scarcely as part of a free trial. I found I did not have any reason to continue using this product long term, and therefore chose to cancel it. However, I am now being asked to pay for almost 6+ additional months of additional services, despite only minimal use of this product! This is extremely disappointing. I would caution any potential customers to read all of the fine print of any contract, as this company will entice you with "free trials" then force you to pay hefty cancellation fees if you…

  7. A registry entry is needed to disable the User Voice feedback button in Acrobat Professional DC.

  10. Issue #1:
    Colorsettings can't be synchronized in Acrobat DC. Although Adobe Bridge says all apps are synchonized, Acrobat keeps it's old settings. Further you are not able to choose from installed settings manually. They do not appear in the dropdown menu.

    Issue #2 (and even more problematic):
    Screenview is no longer true in color. Output-Intents from PDFs, embedded ICC profiles and the colorsettings are ignored. It seems Acrobat DC is not able to do a colormanagement.

    Windows 10 Pro, x64, Systembuild 19044.1415; Adobe Acrobat DC (22.001.20085); Adobe Bridge 2022 (12.0.1.246).

    Older versions of Acrobat are not affected. We checked it…

  14. Administrators don't have the ability to change the name of the user after the license has been assigned to the email address. Ability to edit the name would help with user management in the scenario if the name was misspelled or not added. Currently only the user can change the name.

  15. Since the last update to version 2021.011.20039, Acrobat DC no longer displays PDFs with JPEG2000 compressed images. When loading, the error message 'Insufficient data for an image' appears. Previous versions of Acrobat DC had no problems with these files. Other viewers on the market can still display these PDFs.

    What's the mistake here? A problem in Acrobat DC or in the file?
