  3. I have used Acrobat Pro for years without a problem. I am using version 9 on a Mac running 10.13.6.

    I used CleanMyMac yesterday to clean out some files and after restart Acrobat Pro won't open. The first thing that happens is that I get a message saying that Acrobat Pro wants to make changes and I need to put in my password. I do that and then Pro crashes. If I don't put in my password, I get a second error message that says Authentication Failed. I've attached screenshots of both.

    I assume I deleted something I shouldn't have.…

  4. The mouse wheel is a great tool for scrolling through pages. However, sometimes it skips a page, instead of flipping to the next. Can you please fix this?

  5. Upon first start up Adobe is slow to respond. Contacted support with no help. It looks like Adobe struggles to connect my account to the cloud. I do not log out ever, nor do I log in. I am the only one in the office that struggles with it being slow to open. I end up having to keep the program open all day so I don't have to wait 30 sec for it to finally connect each time I open a PDF. I cannot find a feature that will keep me logged in so I don't have to keep…

  6. The icon for Adobe Acrobat DC, is (for me) a blank piece of paper. This happens with no other Adobe apps but with Acrobat and it is really displeasing not knowing where to click in the task bar. Please fix it! :)

  8. Mac Acrobat always stuck when opening a file from document cloud. Though it is downloading but the system regarded as it was dead. Also, when scrolling in file, or in viewing PDFs, the frame rate is low, about 15 frame per second, or even lower,(5fps). When the search box is open. It is not so friendly on Mac compared to the acrobat on iPad or iPhone, or even the web version!

  9. When clicking on a bitmap image with Output Preview's Object Inspector, the image resolution reported is incorrect. It works as expected with color and grayscale images, but not bitmap (1 bit black and white). My test image is 3"x3" @ 600 PPI. When clicked on with the Object Inspector, Output Preview reports 129,600 PPI.

  10. Consider hiring a proofreader so users can understand you. On this page I found "If you are still using Acrobat 11.x or other older versions, please note that those are no more supported by Adobe. Try out the latest, Acrobat DC.

  12. I just had my computer repaired which required a migration of my old computer SSD to a new SSD. Before that, I used to be able to open up several PDF files at the same time in their own window, which is how I like to work as I frequently have to review multiple documents at the same time. I would like to know if that option still exists and if not I would like it back please.

    Also, the icons have changed on my desktop (why; that was your brand and was easy to depict from other doc files?).

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    For openign several PDF files at the same time in their own window you can
    1)open the preferences box by going to edit menu > click on preferences or by pressing ctrl+k
    2) In categories select ‘General’
    3) In basic tools uncheck ’Open documents as new tabs in the same window.

    For “fit a page to the full Adobe view screen” you can
    1) Right click and select ‘Document properties’
    2) Click on Initial view tab and select your preference in ‘Layout and Magnification’

  13. Many issues - generally really don't like the new format because it's much harder to get to simple things like "create a red box", "add text", "edit text", "add signature", etc. But also is critically screwing up my documents in ways that make it untenable to work with. If possible, I would get off of this product (I can't because my employer buys the licenses) and here are the reasons why:

  14. Please create a 64-bit version of the Adobe Acrobat Professional for the Windows platform. I work with adobe files that are greater than 10,000 pages quite frequently and although my computer has 24 gigabytes of DRAM, the program cannot utilize my computer. For example, I have legislative transcripts that I compile by the session, and I would like to be able to use a single PDF file while doing my research.

    Please, give us Windows users the type of PDF performance found on Macs.

  16. Bug report - Text highlighting-Acrobat DC - when sending to iPad or iPhone-highlight is solid not transparent when receiver opens the file. I use Acrobat DC Version 19.010.20069 and this is a recent issue as I have been highlighting and sending pdfs to people with iPads/iPhones for years. Not sure if this is something new with my Acrobat or something new with an Apple update.   17. I am super annoyed right now! It is not allowing me to sign in to my Adobe Account to access a document I need for a class in 10 minutes. It is requiring the password to be reset through an email. This would not be a problem, but I share my account with my dad and he is at work.     32GB RAM
    6 core i7 3.7 GHz
    Nvidia GTX 1070-TI
    (Installed latest versions of: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat DC, lightroom, Bridge, Audition, Media Encoder)

    Since a few days Acrobat DC crashes on startup. I think It might have to do with the fact that I just updated my Windows 10 PRO to the October 2018 release because I think it started crashing since then.

    Acrobat DC is completely unusable now.

    I have all latest graphic drivers, Windows 10 PRO drivers, and April 2019 release of CC Cloud apps.

  19. For the european GPDR rules it would be greate when sending a file with Send and track to disable the download option. So receivers can only view the file from the Adobe cloud but they cannot download it.

  20. Adobe gives you a trail key witch you can change every 7 day so you can get free Adobe forever. You don't need to be a pro programmer to do this and you don't need a third party programs to get free trail for ever. And it updates so its not like other cracked versions you can download for Pirate Bay or sites like that.
