1. Remove adobe cloud sign in

   Not really Acrobat related solely, but get rid of adobe cloud sign in and go back to machine licences, i mange 4 schools and hate adobe cloud, its so bad we are just getting to the point of dropping it from the curriculum, signing in costs us 20 mins of each lessons as it never works right, and has endless issues, and i have complain to adobe and had the telephone conference with people in America, the uk and germany and pushed this issue as far as i can, but you really can not expect year 7 kids to be able to type in their password correctly 1st time for sing sign on or it not work at all. I hate adobe cloud its the bain of my existence, but kids need photo shop now.

   All the developers should kill themselfs because this ***' piece of * does not work after reinstall and i can't work if this **** doesn't work, so if any of the developers reads this kill yourself. And i pay for this because if i dont pay the app wont work anymore.

5. Get my country right, please.

   Every time I follow a link from Acrobat that takes me to the Adobe website, I get a message saying that the page doesn't match my country. I have an account on your server and I'm logged in on the app so why can't you show the right country?

6. PDF cloud link

   The new cloud feature when attaching a PDF is annoying. When I select X, my email gets stuck. This is not helpful at all, delays my work.

7. Differentiation among icons

   I find the new icons difficult to differentiate among. In my toolbar, multiple functions are served by the same icon, which requires me to hover over the icon for the popup to see which tool it is (until I've committed my ordering of tools to memory). In my side panel, the Generative Summary icon is the only purple icon, showing that it's possible to recolor them.

   Please consider allowing us to show by default the names of the tools/buttons to the right of the icon.

   Additionally, please consider allowing us to change the color of the icons in the control panel and sidebar.

9. subscription

   Make it less difficult to unsubscribe from Acrobat Pro. Seriously, charging a cancellation fee that’s half of the remaining monthly payments on an annual plan is evil, and the original subscription that was made by accident could not be canceled within the initial 14 days due to the inaccessibility of my account login. This sucks. Adobe sucks. I am never paying for another Adobe product ever again in my life.

10. New Adobe

    SINCE ITS NEW UPDATE ADOBE HAS BEEN MORE COMPREHENSIVE AND THIS TOOL BAR I WISH IT WERE ON TOP AS BEFORE AND NOT ON THE SIDE AND IT IS LESS VISIBLE. BESIDES, IT BECAME NOT USER FRIENDLY. I AM NOT SURE ABOUT ALL OF NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND IF THEY ARE GOOD FOR USERS. THEY DO NOT THINK THAT WE WANT EASY ACCESS TO TOOLS AND NOT SPENDING TIME TO SEARCH EVERY SINGLE TOOLS. THE LAYOUT IS NOT FRIENDLY TOO. EVERY TIME THEY UPDATE ADOBE IS BECOMING WORST AND WORST AND COMPLICATED.

11. Change Scrolling Speed

    Simply put: The ability for users to choose the speed at which scrolling the mouse wheel scrolls the view of a document on Adobe Acrobat.

    Changing the mouse settings on the actual OS instead of within Acrobat is not a solution, because Acrobat scrolls at a different default speed than other programs such as File Explorer or any browser. For me, scrolling the mouse wheel while viewing a document in Acrobat is way slower than in Chrome or anything else. For others, I'm seeing plenty of complaints that it's too fast on their devices.

    Therefore: The ability to change Acrobat's default scrolling speed is a basic viewing feature that would make it more appealing to use.

12. Keyboard shortcuts

    The ability to customise keyboard shortcuts, despite what some of your staff seem to think, is an important accessibility feature.
    I find what Adobe can do amazing, it's however very held back by its poor usability. Among the worst example is the fact that commonly used shortcuts, which have the same function for almost all other apps, for some reason have different functions in Acrobat. The number of times that an incorrect shortcut has interrupted the flow of work (because, of course, I can't find the well-hidden tool that will fix the problem I'd just inadvertently created) means that quite often, I use Adobe only to import a document to Word where I can complete my editing in a more functional environment. Given shortcuts are such a base feature, the reason why many people aren't complaining may be because they just switch to different software.

14. scroll is abysmal

    the scrolling on adobe acrobat for windows users is ridiculously frustrating. It goeas from 0 to 100 when using the mousepad. As soon as the bottom of the page is reached even by a pixel, it jumps to the next page. Adobe, realize that you control the way people read in the 21st century. Your adamance on having PDFs be the sole, and universal format entails a huge responsibility on making consuming digital prose EASY. Especially when people are struggling financially and youre charging 23 USD a month!!! Back in the day, people could print and collage or rearrange physical pages for cents on the dollar of what youre charging for a ******** digital document reader (I hesitate on calling it a document editor)... I hatepaying for this software, and your corporate team knows that you have every consumer cornered. Make reading ******* easy because everygoddamn person uses this app, and you're literally creating friction for the world to learn when you design lazy software like this. I hope whoever is profiting directly from this (not you, humble adobe rep, youre innocent and in my same situation, rather the NYC/SF/LA finance douche with no regard for how the world actually operates) suffers immensely at the whim of this god awful software!!!! FIX THE SCROLLING PLEASE. and thank you to whoever had to read this complaint, im not mad at you.

15. Open same file multiple times

    I want to be able to open multiple windows of acrobat with the same PDF. As a mathematician, I need an option to see one page in one window and another page in another window.

16. Visibility Bug

    When viewing a document, if looking at a doc from under 100% zoom, I can't see any prefilled info on the page. When I zoom in to 106% or out to 78.4%, the prefilled data becomes visible. What the ****?

    Move the Zoom Buttons, Page Navigation, and Page Number display BACK to the top center where I'm expecting them to be. This is NOT simplifying your design, it is interfering with my productivity for absolutely no reason. The simplest design is the one I'm already familiar with.

20. Bug - PDF Tag Panel does not match Reading Order Tool by marking all Tags as Span ISSUE FOR NEWEST UPDATE

    I am experiencing a similar issue that was written in this bug report "Bug - PDF Tag Panel does not match Reading Order Tool by marking all Tags as Span". It appears that others have encountered this issue as well, but since the form was posted in 2019, I want to ensure it hasn't already been marked as resolved.     My situation is similar to the original post, but I am facing an issue with converting a Microsoft Word document to a PDF. Although the document appears correctly, the reading order(viewer panel) is incorrect. To replicate the issue, I saved the document as a PDF in Microsoft Word and opened it in Adobe to run an accessibility check. While Adobe recognizes the original tags created in the Word document in the Tags panel of the accessibility tool and the bookmarks appear to have the correct structure, the order viewer panel displays everything as a large mass of span and does not reflect the proper tag structure from the tag panel. I am using a Mac for this entire process.

    Please refrain from mentioning any inability to perform this task on a Mac. I have not encountered any issues with this task prior to the update. The issue is more likely to be a problem where the Adobe Acrobat is not coded correctly or is failing to make sure that Tag panel information is reflected in the viewer panel(Reading order) correctly.

    What is Adobe doing to fix this issue? And don’t tell us that it is not a real problem for screen readers because the Tags panel is ok. When a certain government agency reviews files, they just use the Reading Order Tool when they make complaints against people who use your product. These are not the kind of people who will read all these posts of Adobe blaming each other and then saying it does not matter because some screen readers don't use the reading order. Adobe is basically saying that this feature is pointless. If it is pointless remove it or merge it fully with the Tags panel.

    Besides, there is a lot more assistive technology and applications than just JAWS and NVDA that depend on the reading order and reflow being correct.

    What is Adobe doing to fix this span issue?
